My R370 was approved...

My R370 was approved by SASSA For May 2026 and my payment date was 22 May 2026 then when I go back and check they said I must do verication after 47 hours I did that then boom after verifying they just said my status is Approved but they was no date..until today they is no date...I only got approved I would like to get help and get my May 2026 Date.... I was not working from 2023 April until now but Sassa alwys says my Decline now I get approved plus date then boom they changed everything I now have approve without a date of payment

Could someone PLEASE tell me HOW to get hold of assistance from the SASSA head office. I've been to the local office, (Ladybrand FS), EIGHT times, they're often without electricity, & can't assist, or on NUMEROUS occasions have just found NO ONE THERE, even though their sign outside states Mon - Friidays. I've sent emails,..no response, tried to call ... only recorders, & NONE of the numbers the answering machine gives, are working!!!!!! V Morkel ***

29 Decenber 2025 i went to Chiawelo to apply for my old age grant. Till today May 20 i haven't receive payment. I did all i was asked to do to be send back home every visit. The service at chiawelo sassa office needs intervention. Face verification, finger prints all is done. I just need answers if my applucation is approved or declined that's all.

SASSA Disability grant declined - Mr G J Mostert

Me and my fiance has been waiting on the SASSA's independent Tribunal appeal regarding my fiance's application that was declined by the SASSA office in Rustenburg. As per the letter of why the disability grant is declined. According to them in sort there is medication that can fix his injuries the he has after being in a head on head car accident in May 2023. We send reports and a letter from our attorney that is busy with the RAF claim. With inserts of report that came in from the RAF's medical experts examined my fiance for full review for the claim. But from December 2025 till now no feedback from SASSA after i emailed the everything and saying that we don't have a place to stay as we lost everything thing. My fiance can't find word as due to the medical report for his final report needs to be attached to this CV. And Companies advise that he is to much of a high risk. With no income and struggling to eat and sleep a bit here and there. And have to walk from one place to the other (hike). How or were to go just to get answers and get him on a disability grant?

SASSA GRANT APPLICATION STILL WAITING ASSESSMENT AFTER 4 MONTHS

I app**** for child grant online on 2026-01-19 and its still stuck on waiting assessment but funny enough people who app**** after me online as well have been approved, i have called the call centre and i have been at a branch aa advised by the call centre but i havent gotten any straight answer, its always their system. I thought they were short staffed at some point but after seeing new applications being approved it dawned on me that they just dont care. Im not even a first time applicant and you would thought that would make the application process quicker...it has been exactly 4 months now yet when you submit your application they say up to 90 days, i mean why introduce something that is suppose to make life easier for everyone but still fail at it.

I have had the worst experience on Sassa branch Tembisa very unprofessional,I came Wednesday as it's designated date for child support,was shown a wrong que and was told to come the following day Thursday before 7 of which I did,only for them to take only

Worst experience Sassa Thembisa Rabasotho ever customer service poor not happy

Sassa is useless as well as ******. There service portal is not helpful at all. A certified copy of my ID as well as a sworn affidavit is not good enough as proof of life. I am a 68 year old male with serious health issues yet I am expected to go and stand in long ques.

Bad service Sassa Bellville

I have to go to Sassa to have a photo taken so that I can get my old age pension. When I got to Sassa Bellville I was so shocked to see old people sitting in a queue in the rain. Can Sassa not do something about these queues. These are old people, some could be sick. They could make a specific queue for people over 60 and someone to just help them or ask the banks if they cannot take the photos and send it to them. Something must be done to help the old people. I am still fit and healthy but there are people that really need help.
