We bought a property through Auction-All and the property registration is done by Hammond Pole Inc it has been 10 months now no hope of occupation and we paying rent, it has been a rollercoaster and a very frustrating transition emails are not answered eventually when you get hold of the consultant assisting no positive response extremely frustrated by this firm, I don't know why they were even selected because from the trail of complains they have and most left unresolve.
On the 22 September 2025 Bolt deducted 362 from my account the trip never happed the driver requested that I cancel on my side however the money was already deducted then Bolt took 19 for deduction, I have been trying to get my refund from Bolt they keep on sending me back to the bank and the bank advised that Bolt has cleared the money on their side they should respond I have open 4 cases on their app to date I still didnt get help and my refund they seem to ignore the part where the bank says they have cleared the money on their side please intervene.
My number was hacked on the 05 May 2025 to date I'm still struggling to receive calls and messages as well as restoring whatsapp I have been giving different codes to use nothing is working this is really worrying and frustrated.

I have settled my Wonga loan on the 7/11/2022, sameday i have sent a POP and I have also called them they told me the payment will be allocated in 3 days, today i have received a statement my payment was never allocated, I called 6 times at 8:20 was told that their office start at 8:00an but is 8:20 i called again Im not getting through i have sent countless e-mail with no reply i need my settlement letter and they must allocate the payment made to them.
I bought an iPhone 13 pro-max my contract date 19 Aug 2022 with free insurance for 2 months, the 2 months has passed I have been struggling to take over the insurance with no success they told me i was supposed to renew 30 days before the free one finishes, now Im sitting with an expensive phone that no ones what to insure because my provider fail to provide me with the service i had an been with vodacom for 3 years and i have never skipped 1 payment with them so now their teling me they cant insure what happens if the phone got stolen? i must continue paying them this is unfair im really angry
