I made a loan on Wonga and they're customer care services in regards with repayments after a missed payment are TERRIBLE. Then today they've sold me to Nimble Group, I've then contacted Nimble Group regarding my repayment to settle the outstanding balance and they were very fast, friendly and very forward and honest. They even gave me a bit of discount. I appreciate them and their services. This is my first time with them and so far all is good. Did the debit check and approved the debit order, I honestly don't see the problem. If you want to get your self clean and new then just start an agreement, keep by it and pay.

Can I kindly assist me with company, they are sending emails and calling me insisting that I am owing BLC ( Blue Label Connect) and I called and send email to them alerting them that I am not owing BLC and BLC has resolved my dispute but Nimble continuing yo demand that I must pay the account. I feel that Nimble is harassing me anf frustrating me regards this matter I would like Nimble Group must contact BLC and request the outcome of my dispute. Regards OKS Meko

I had 3 accounts with Nimble from African bank, got settlement offers and paid the requested amounts through another bank. Now the one account still shows an outstanding balance, this is how they make people pay more amounts as if it's a new debt. This is ******ion at it's best, today I called in and spoke to a guy named Kyle and he tells me that on his system it still shows a balance of R29k, while on WhatsApp it shows a balance of almost 2k.

This company emails continuously. I have requested documents pertaining to the amount that they claim I owe but they some how just ignore my requests. This is annoying as I have filed a complaint with the ombudsman and then my attorney. This is a ******* company who wants to harass people with no proof or they hire people who cannot read and understand english

Receiving sms upon sms from this company, claiming I need to pay my Capitec loan. No loan, no credit card etc. I visit my local branch of Capitec...did not stop the sms's. Now how in the world can a company claim to be a debt collector for Capitec, while there is NO debt?
