Termination from the previous tenant and the early line release was requested from Evotel, I have just escalated to our Admin team to do a follow up as I still get an error when trying to submit the order. No, once the line has been released by Evotel from the previous tenant, Mweb is supposed to submit the activation order for you. ALL AM ASKING IS WHY CANT THE LINE BE RELEASE BY YOU GUYS. 0715784010
