On the 12/3/2026 I have incident that cause my Tyre damage due to pothole.. On the 13th I logged a claim, they send info for relevant documents for the claim.. I did that send all of it then on the 16th received their email ask for the documents and I've responded their email Today 18th am making follow up the come with different story

I called last week Wednesday to put in a claim for scratch and dent I was supposed to have received an d with ref number and email till today nothing Called Thursday, Friday and Saturday was told they are having system issues. Called again today confirmed email address and contact number still no email received

I have never dealt with a call centre that is not available throughout the whole day, no response to emails and when you get through they make you hold like hell. I claimed for shortfall no correspondence or anything when you ask for follow up they have no idea of whats happening and they are rude.

Very very poor service. I would never advise anyone to use them. It's quicker for them to deduct money from your account BUT they'll give you a runaround when you claim. As if they want you to give up. I'm talking about days of going back and forth with your claim.

I bought a car at Ford Mccarthy. The car was coming up a huge smoke coming from the car. I switched off the ignition and went to investigate what might happen open the bornett as it was coming from it. I wait for the car to cool down. When I start the ignition it refuses to start it was dead. There were no suspicious signs on the deshboard showing that the car is not in good condition. I took the car with a tow truck to Ford Alberton. They are refusing to pay it they are claiming that I drove a car while it was overheating
