Agent was excellent but bureaucracy of assessment taking 48hrs after each update is pathetic
My fiance applied for a land line for home at a Telkom outlet Fourways Crossing in approx 20-23 December.. was told 7-14 working days... nothing happened. It's now 2nd March and still.nothing.. When I see their add aired recently about Bolt Speed... what a load of Bull... Pathetic service this far...
Tried to register a company online on FNB Business on 29th May and received an email stating a consultant will contact you within 24hrs and a Ref Number. No one Contacts and its the 18th today, go back online and enter the Ref Number and the system says its not a valid number. I logged a complaint on the 10th June, got an email stating someone will contact me bet. 24 to 48 hours, still no one has contacted me. What pathetic service, why have all these facilities but you cannot honor your potential customers. You should stop running your ad campaigns because you are misleading the public.
