Rude and unprofessional
Yoh, I had the worst experience with Lewis Protea Glen, the consultants there are so unprofessional and rude. The hiring criteria probably depend on how rude you are. I had an encounter with Thuli, and it is also confirmed that she is part of management. I contacted them as I needed to forward an employment confirmation letter. I was passed from one person to the other; they even scoffed on the phone, sounding so irritated and condescending. These are the people I wanted to take credit from which I qualified for.

Extremely Disappointed With the Quality of My Meal
Yesterday at around 18:28, I purchased my meal from KFC Protea Glen. When I opened the package, I was shocked to find the pap completely raw and the chicken tasteless, as though it wasn’t fully cooked. I am a regular customer at this outlet, and this is the first time I’ve received food of such poor quality. Because it was already late when I discovered the issue, I couldn’t return to the store to complain. I also had no choice but to dispose of the entire meal, as I was afraid of getting sick from eating undercooked food. This means I lost my money on food I couldn’t even eat, which is extremely disappointing. I hope management urgently addresses the quality control issues to prevent this from happening to other customers.

incorrect order
Went to kfc to buy the All star lunch box. Placed my order on the machine. it was that box and the street wise3 pap. My order was 1022. was given the order but i did not check as i was in a hurry. Got to the office and the order was wrong. it was a streetwise 1 with pap. burger with 1 pice of meat no wings and no chips. Could not turn back as i work pretty far. This incident happened at sandton city and to top it all, the wrong receipt was put in the bag.

No stock
There was a special advertised for sunlight fabric softer and fruit tree juice. It was only available in store for literally 1 day. from then on they were continuously out of stork. Why advertise if there won't be stock? Pick n pay is really failing us,

Beautiful restaurant BUT appalling service
Went to KFC protea glen mall, bought a share meal worth R154, Firstly I dont get why I should stand in line to make the purchase and still wait in line to collect my food. What happened to them calling out order numbers? As if that is not disappointment enough, I get home and the box has 4 pieces instead of 5 and its very small pieces as though they are from chicks. This is an appalling service from such a big restaurant. I stay 30 min from the mall there is no way I am driving back to query this... The renovations are pretty useless if the service is so poor and careless.

Poor service
So the service at this store keeps getting poorer, the ques are long and only 2 tills operate. I mean its easter holidays we have things to prepare yet I had to wait over 20minutes on a long que. This is absurd.

bad service, rude and arrogant
Placed an order and realized its not what I actually wanted to order. I apologized to the lady and asked if she can be able to change my order. She claimed she can't void it only the manager can. I asked her to call the manager, she took forever to return. I eventually called her out as I had waited for over 15 minutes, upon her return I asked about the manager. She responded by saying the manager never listens to anyone and is sitting in her office. 20 minutes later she came out screaming @ me, saying there's nothing she can do about the order as they have already cashed in. It was a huge argument that led to her clicking her tongue @ me. He staff was even complaining of how rude she is to them. When mentioned that I will report her she said she doesn't care what I do

abuse from consultants
Consultants phoned me on numerous occasions when I mention that I can't take their call they told me that the call is added onto my bill and that they will keep calling.
