I sent my sister to get school uniform for my child at Ackermans in Protea Glen Mall. She got extremely poor service from the staff including the store manager. They are full of **** and rude to customers. No manners and need proper training. Poor Service

The worst experience in my entire life in the bank .I 'am not banking with Nedbank but my husband is banking with Nedbank and the experience we had yesterday from a whole Branch manager and staff member in the branch was the worst service ever ,my husband was there to collect he's card because he received an SMS I was around in the mall so, he called when I arrived at the branch he told me he's been sitting there for like an hour and its like there 's only one person on counter the service was terrible ,the aircon is not working aswell .I approached the lady while she was coming from the back to ask who is going to assist us and how long must we wait she told me to sit down and wait for the person that will assist us with attitude .I than sat down but i went back again to the lady she now told me but i just told you to sit down giving me funny looks while speaking to me as if she is talking to her friend i requested the manager she repeated again just sit down i than lost it i eventually saw the momager and complained about this lady and Infront of the manager she told me she does not care if I decide to go complain what's so, shocking is the manager continued as if there's nothing wrong while he's staff is talking to me as if am a ******* bin Infront of my husband and the other clients waiting to be assisted in the queue. What shook me more is that the Branch Manager was not even interested while i was unhappy with the staff member that was busy telling me she does not care i can go and complain about her .My husband asked the manager if he can send me to collect the card he said no, he needs to scan him and do all verification so, I cant collect on he's behalf and what's funny is that the SMS stated that my husband can send someone to collect the card with confirmation .I than left the branch very upset after a few minutes my husband called me to tell me the card was handed over without verification on the system or even a pin not even an apology for making him wait for WHAT??? Nedbank staff needs to be send for training. Their need to remember without us she wont receive her SALARY because my husband pays her salary without us as the clients Nedbank wont exist .The service in Nedbank **** SERVICE and I 'am not the only one complaining about the service friends ,family members and my colleagues we share the same frustrations when it comes to this bank forgetting this is not a ****a shop but a professional .The lady with attitude is Maria Ramelo apparently

Hungry Lion Protea Glen Mall Has the worst customer service in the world. I don’t even want to mention hygiene they have no clue of understanding what hygiene means.One of the guys that was for a second assisting the cashier, he then stopped with the orders.He went to take out trash and crates came back and prepared orders I don’t remember him washing his hands. There was dirty water in the kitchen floor hayi hayi .Even the cashier touches money , prepares ice cream takes out orders ja ne never washed her hands. Yesterday I went there to buy their morning special,. The cashier places your order then also takes out the orders. She touches the money the food busy with her face no sense of urgency. They all need customer service training. Sies I’ll never buy from hungry lion again.

Today I went to get some prescribed meds which were previously loaded on the system but the pharmacist from dispensary told me my prescription letter expired so I must go bck to my doctor, at that moment the time was 14:30 it's a Saturday the doctors are closed. I have this terrible headache and feeling dizzy due to not having medication but that lady told me she won't even give emergency tablets. She's not fit to be a pharmacist. Clicks would give emergency meds to last you until you see your Dr. I will only need seeing the Dr on Monday so I don't know what I take until Monday. This lady compromised my life I'm disappointed

I got ****y experience at Mc Donald Protea They changed the process I waited for more than 40min for a foldover meal then when I asked for a refund Zandile Hadebe "team leader" she said the refund process is long so she miraculously produced a mean in seconds as I'm asking for a refund how is that possible

I bought a bed from THE BED SHOP October last year, November I reported The stitches gaping to them, they said I must come back February because the factory shop now is not busy, don't be scared to use the bed, February I went back, they said I must come back they'll lodge the complain, April I went back because there's was no response, that's when I filled the form for claim, since April I was keep on checking them, the respond was we're waiting for factory shop to respond, the bed must be clean and no stains, when I told them how can you expect the bed to be new for almost a year now while you said I mustn't worry or scare to use the bed, the factory shop will change, the old indian lady said to me if I try to go to small claim court I'll never win the case, last weak I went back, bed assessed and the respond was body impression, it's not factory shop fault.
