Today I had an unpleasant experience at Identity Mall Of Africa, I entered the store around 7:PM. I shipped and was the only on in the store. I went to the fitting room, came across a very rude lady who chose a room for me. I left the fitting room went back to het the right size which was not far from there and as I was shopping the security guard was uncomfortably starring at me before I know it the fitting room lady jumped to where I was standing, they started speaking in riddles suspecting that I was there to *****. I took the items, I paid adressed them but I would like ypu to speak to them because I ended not buying everything I wanted. This thing hurts and I find it uncalled for. Truworths Mall Of Africa on the other hand does the same thing, on numerous occasions you find multiple security guards behind you as you shop. I find that unfair and u comfortable, they go as far as searching our parcels such a big Mall it's disgusting I even get board shopping or entering the mall of Africa Branch. Bravo to Truworths Mall Of The South and Truworths Sandton, they're give us Stellar service and they don't search us
I'm currently at Mc Donald's Beyers Naude, I placed an order and the lady told me they don't have waffle fries. This is disappointing, I wad told they're finished
Yesterday I went FNB bank in Protea Glen Mall branch, Shein paid a refund on the 24th of December 2024 in my FNB account but it doesn't reflect so Shein advised to go to my bank. I got there came across a guy called Nqubekho and wow this guy is unprofessional, you know he wasn't willing to assist in any way because as I was explaining myself he kept on saying I should wait , wait and wait. I told him the ones at Capitec had been paid in December, I politely asked him to check on the system butbhe refused. He was so dismissive, he is mean and his attitude is terrible. Nqubekho is bot there to work buy to push customers away without helping them. I'm disappointed I left the bank without getting any help and here I'm seating with a whole R800 not reflecting in my account yet processed by Shein. Nqubekho's doest know what customer service is honestly, he's in a wrong profession
Lenmed Ahmed Kathrada Hospital, I had the most terrible and unpleasant experience, from Casualty the nurses refused to take me to go to the bathroom, the forced me to pee in a bucket. The casualty Doctor was so insensitive and the nurses. I lodged the complaint but nothing has been done. Head office is aware. I paid R85000 but I have not yet received my refund, I've informed t Rookaya Mohamed Credit Controler who promised I would get my money soon but I'm now the one running after her, she told me Head Office is the one that does the payments but she doesn't even follow up. Jotica Morar promised that she'd deal with all my queries but she's not saying anything, I copied her on the email I sent Rookaya but none of them are getting back to me. I was there week before last to do a follow up and they promised me they would resolve it. I'm dealing with a grief of loosing my baby and have to deal with Lenmed. They're the worst hospital that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I'm disappointed by Lenmed private hospital Lenasia, a month ago I went and was admitted. I had the worst experience from casualty the nurses were refusing from taking me to the bathroom, the casualty Dr was mean and insensitive. I lodged a complaint but nothing has been done to date. I paid R85000 because I was a cash client but still struggling to get my refund. I send emails everyday but I get no correspondence, I even went in person week before last Thursday I was promised something is gonna get done but haven't received my refund. The service is pathetic, everything about Lenmed is worst, the car was even ****** whilst I was admitted within the premises. Management does not do their job, I mean it's been a month but haven't received my refund yet. Head office is aware bur they did nothing
Today I went to get some prescribed meds which were previously loaded on the system but the pharmacist from dispensary told me my prescription letter expired so I must go bck to my doctor, at that moment the time was 14:30 it's a Saturday the doctors are closed. I have this terrible headache and feeling dizzy due to not having medication but that lady told me she won't even give emergency tablets. She's not fit to be a pharmacist. Clicks would give emergency meds to last you until you see your Dr. I will only need seeing the Dr on Monday so I don't know what I take until Monday. This lady compromised my life I'm disappointed
I always have a bad experience with Nandos Protea Glen Mall selling us raw meet, today I thoughtful things have changed. I went there with an open mind and the Cashier was moody it was as though she didn't wanna talk as I was placing the order but I politely asked her to make my full chicken well-done and guess what I received raw chicken still. I feel like crying, I'm angry. I like my chicken well done like how other Nando's restaurants grills it.
I had the worst experience with Netflorist, a nightmare. I placed an order with them yesterday for today's delivery. I called in the morning and I politely asked them that to deliver before 12 because the recipient leaves the office at 12 seeing that it's his birthday today. I was promised that they'll put in a note. Two hours later I called to do a follow up and I'm told the parcel hasn't even been given to the driver and that I will be strong because there's nothing they can do. I spoke to Nazeer a very rude Supervisor who was screaming there's nothing I can do Mam. He was going on an on at me and refused to transfer me to his manager. Netflorist is no longer the same, I'm disappointed, angry and sad after having spent R1300 including delivery fee. Their service is pathetic I must and don't think I'll ever make use of their service. Naseer is Bluntantly rude
Car track has been a pain since the first day I signed up with them, they debit extra mone every month and I must always call them to fix the mess and calling them is mostly. Just last month they refunded me and I thought my issue was resolved and won't have to deal with this problem again but boom on the 30th Nover 2024 car track outdone themselves with this *****ulent act of debiting twice. I'm sick of this honestly. I'm have nothing but pathetic, terrible and worse service in a way that I'm even thinking of canceling my subscription because it brings nothing but stress in my life
Oh my goodness I don't even know where to start but I had a very bad altercation at Shoprite Protea Glen Mall from a lady by the name of Victoria Kubyane her customer service is terrible, however there was a lady who gave me hope when I wasn't getting help from Victoria. The lady's name who brightened up my evening and yesterday's shopping experience was Matshidiso Mahlase, this lady came to my rescue even though she didn't have so my authority to remedy my situation. She went beyond and above her duty to ensure that I dot my juice at that special price , she gave me support even yesterday when I went back. She ensured that all my needs were all taken care off but mostly she sympathize with me when Victor wasn't giving me a signal that she wanted to help. In fact Matshidiso Mahlase should be in Victoria's position because Wow she's diligent, dedicated and passionate about what she does. Her sense of humor is on another level. She's versatile and we need more Matshidiso's, keep up the good work madam. You are a rock star and an asset to Shoprite, you're the reason I went back to shop more this morning. Keep it up and may God bless you tenfold. I hope Shoprite recognizes your hard work
