I'm disappointed by Lenmed private hospital Lenasia, a month ago I went and was admitted. I had the worst experience from casualty the nurses were refusing from taking me to the bathroom, the casualty Dr was mean and insensitive. I lodged a complaint but nothing has been done to date. I paid R85000 because I was a cash client but still struggling to get my refund. I send emails everyday but I get no correspondence, I even went in person week before last Thursday I was promised something is gonna get done but haven't received my refund. The service is pathetic, everything about Lenmed is worst, the car was even ****** whilst I was admitted within the premises. Management does not do their job, I mean it's been a month but haven't received my refund yet. Head office is aware bur they did nothing

I am so disappointed in the way the immunization program is handled by Peter Patta I gave birth at the hospital and received excellent service which I wrote a review about and gave 5 stars for, but today m sad to say I am very much disappointed. My child's 6 weeks appointment was due on 12 Sep and they told me they don't have it so I had to go around finding a suitable clinic. Today he is due for 10 weeks (10 Oct) I call first and was told they only assist with 6weeks immunization. I am very very upset with this as I might as well have given birth in a public hospital so I can immunize my child here too. Why can they not have all the jabs available everyday as this is the type of service they should deliver if we pay so much for private care

My mom got a referral from her doctor after he found out that she has heart attack. When my mom got to lesedi hospital, she waited for seven hours before she could finally see the doctor. Imagine!! Their service sucks. The nurses don’t even check up on the patients. The receptionist i called to find out about the availability of another doctor since there was only one was utterly rude. I wouldn’t recommend the hospital to anyone. In fact, they should get their employees on training so they will know how to deal with patients, frustrated families and honestly i think there’s a loophole in the availability of one doctor in casuality. There should be more doctors as there are many people wanting to see the doctor. The nurse i spoke to phindile kunene- YOU ARE RUDE. Don’t even know how you treat your patients.

Friday afternoon my brother was involved in an accident and we took him to Lesedi so that his head injury could be looked at amongst other injuriries he had. The was only one person working at the reception. I mean how do can there be one person working there to assist people that are there for emergencies.we were there for more than 30min and this gentleman was still opening a file for one person. We ended up leaving. There is no sense of urgency.
