I am so disappointed in the way the immunization program is handled by Peter Patta I gave birth at the hospital and received excellent service which I wrote a review about and gave 5 stars for, but today m sad to say I am very much disappointed. My child's 6 weeks appointment was due on 12 Sep and they told me they don't have it so I had to go around finding a suitable clinic. Today he is due for 10 weeks (10 Oct) I call first and was told they only assist with 6weeks immunization. I am very very upset with this as I might as well have given birth in a public hospital so I can immunize my child here too. Why can they not have all the jabs available everyday as this is the type of service they should deliver if we pay so much for private care

World class service by the maternity staff and my gynae Dr Mo****di. I don't regret anything from admission to being discharged. Thank you team please keep it up
<div>I am writing this sad & frustrating review again as reference to the complaint i logged on 7 June 2024, which was removed from this platform without my consent, as i have still not been assisted with my GEYSER. I did everything they asked on the day and always keep following up and calling with the airtime but i have not been assisted. I called on Monday and could not find ++++ who is the lady that is dealing with my compliant, but she called me back and sd she will escalate. I left the matter on Tuesday and cald back again Yesterday and she sd she would call me before close of business as she was waiting for her manager to sign a document so they could send out an assessor, but she did not call. I feel like these are all empty promises and that i am not valued as i client to them. Today marks exactly 32 days since i have been without hot water from my geyser, and keep getting empty promises from Cosmo. Unfortunately i will keep escalating through all platforms (ombudsman, NHBRC), as i have been too understanding and lenient towards them as a paying citizen. ++++ , i am sorry to quote you here but i just want you to be aware of the treatment we get as supposedly "world class customers" and will not advise anyone to apply for a home through Cosmopolitan after this appauling experience i am getting.</div>
Buying a house should mean peace of mind and a great achievement, but I REGRET buying it from Cosmo Sky City. I moved there Dec 2022 and have since had the worst experience every month, if not weekly. My geyser has not been working for a month due to an installation or manufacture fault. My insurance has not rejected my claim but are requesting an access amount of R1250. Cosmo keeps telling me about their warranty, when they know very well that this was a fault from their end, for not installing my panel well or installing an old one. I say this because there is not even a guarantee note on the panel when the plumber from the insurance checked. They are not even sending a plumber from their offices to atleast check and see how I can be assisted. Do they even care about their customers? I would honestly also not recommend anyone to buy a house through Cosmo. Customer service Shud be their number 1 principle but they throw back in your face. Mr Anton Crouse and other shareholders, I hope you are aware of these reviews as 80% of your clients are not happy
It was my 1st time being admitted in hospital and I must say I am very much impressed with the politeness of the staff, the cleanliness, the delicious food and the most important, DR Magudulela. Thank you for the passion and love you have for your profession. May the good Lord bless you endlessly and thank you for healing me
The worst company ever. When you need their help because of their faulty construction, they always turn you down. I regret buying my house through them at Sky city. To other people looking for houses...try other companies or you will regret it. The workers are worse (Jackson, Isalina, to name a few) are very rude or unavailalble to assist you

The BEST experience i ever had at Torga optical Maponya mall. The ladies attended to me the minute i walked in till i took my eye test and walked out (30/05/2020). They were friendly, professional and patient with me. So high 5 to you ladies and keep on being passionate about your jobs. This is a definate recommendation from me to my family, collegues and friends.
