I am here again to share my experience with anyone who would like to purchase a house from Cosmopolitan. I bought a house and moved in last year (October 2025) @ capital view lifestyle estate & up until now the bathroom is not working, I have raised and logged queries with Cosmopolitan but even to date there is no solution or any sign of having this issue resolved. I am staying in a smelly house with my family, all 7 of us sharing the main bedroom toilet .Among other things, I always log queries almost every week with faulty stuff in this house. I have never regretted this much in my whole life, took a very bad decision by buying a house from Cosmopolitan.

Honestly I regret buying my house from Cosmopolitan Devloper...The lies and not being honest to customers. My house is 2 years4months of occupation& cracks are all over the house and huge cracks that are overwhelming.Another crack In the main bedroom is from wall to wall. Last year around Feb 2025 ticket lodged and they came to inspect and this Manager promised to come back to fix and never pitched up again ...December 2025 l called again and they came and inspect and the report came back saying "I am reliable to fix those cracks myself " so via email...My last call was promised a not worry as l have 5years warrant of fixing...Furthermore l told to go NHRBC to lodge my complain after they promisedin Feb25 and Dec25 to come and fix.....Is this how you treat customers after the bank pays you fully...Please be fair........Now l call is meeting or lunch everytime

Good day, Cosmopolitan did me dirty. I was supposed to be moving in December 2025, however due to construction issues I did not mind you I had already arranged with my landlord that I would be moving out. My landlord is on my neck now and Cosmopolitan is not giving any light on when I can move in. Can I get any clarification as to when I can move in, because I’m sure by now you must know as to when people can move into their houses.
