I attempted to contact you telephonically on the number provided, however I was unable to reach you.
We confirm receipt of your email as well, which has been responded to directly.
As explained in my email, you took occupation of the property 6 years ago.
At handover, Cosmopolitan provided the following warranties to the homeowner:
1) One year installation warranty covering the roof installation, plumbing, electrical works, stove, and geyser.
2) Five-year NHBRC structural warranty, covering major structural defects directly related to the construction of the house and subject to independent inspection
No defects or complaints relating to the matters you have raised were reported to us during the validity period of either warranty. While we acknowledge your frustration, all applicable warranties have since lapsed. The concerns raised now fall under general homeowner maintenance, which includes routine upkeep and annual inspections, particularly after rainy seasons to address wear and tear, weather exposure, or environmental factors. .
