I am very disappointed at SWGC the one at Rooderport I have registered my child submitted everything after that they don’t send any feedback that did they accept my child then I have to follow up with them on the Email then they told me that my child is on the waiting list but I have to apply again on September cause the registration are being closed I want to know is it far as the South African child they don’t get space they have to stay at home after that they said waiting list and you must apply how does they waiting list operate if I have to apply again I spoke to Mahlangun@swg.co.za after that she told me that I must call the school I must not send the email again

Paying for the house...
Paying for the house for 20 years which does not worth for every day when you have to sleep thinking that the house is full of rats 🐀 on top you can’t sleep cause Comso did not do roofing correctly when I reported to them I spoke to Caroline Steenkamp she did not bother to even escalate my query or sending someone so I can speak to She told me that I must take the query to court let’s it be handle by Legal then after she kept quiet any one client from Cosmo if you are experiencing this issue please came up let’s us report them cause they don’t know how to handle they client and if you are the new buyer from Cosmo please be aware of them and they service

I reported Cosmo Politan this morning first of all when you call the call centre they are Rude and on the email they did not apologise about my complaint first about their houses that does not have the plastic on top of the roof when you go through the trap door and they said everything comply please see below email about them They service and their house are not on the standard it not the bond that you can pay for 20 year Palm spring secure village house are not ok we can’t sleep because the 🐀 are coming on top of the roof and Cosmo is saying that the client fault

I have problems cosmo houses are open on top their roof is not closed with the plastic when you go inside the trap door we can’t sleep at night the rat 🐀 are coming in their houses the don’t have air breaks we sleep with air fan at night cause it so hot windows they are not closing when the is wind the wall are cracking they must came and take back their houses at Palm Springs secure village
