I took out a month to month home router with mtn, It was advertised online as uncapped unlimited . Few weeks later the internet was out, called them to find out why they told me data is finished I told them how why because it’s unlimited they don’t me something I do not understand and they even wanted to debit the amount we didn’t agree on I was told is for the router but online they said router is free. But since I realised that I’m not happy with how they advertise their product cos it seems like they promise what they can’t deliver I told them I want to cancel . Another issue they told me I can’t cancel online I have to go to the store which was another red flag because I app**** for the router online why can’t I cancel the same way… since I couldn’t go to the store they continued trying to debit my account.. now I went to the store with their staff to cancel as they told me in store I was told I can cancel online however I told to cancel… but now they are still trying to debit my account I don’t understand why because I returned their router and I cancelled
Bought a house in protea glen emperors security estate…. The after sales service is very bad…blocked dreanage I had to spend R700 for water in a week… when you have issues they take years to come assist.. they will make appointments and after they don’t show up…. It’s been two weeks now since I requested to be assisted with my burglar that doesn’t lock no one came to assist now I’m supposed to leave my house unlocked the whole day when I go to work… I wish people can go through reviews before buying a property with them… one thing I regret is buying a property without looking for reviews.. they made my experience of moving to my new house a night mare. Even now I’m still waiting for someone to come assist with my burglar
went there earlier October for contact lenses, i was told i need to get both contact lenses and glasses....did eye test made payments...i was told they will contact me to come collect the glasses and do re trial for contact lenses ...got the glasses but now the problem is am not getting any proper feed back with regard to contact lenses. When I call the store they are giving me attitude the lady i spoke to south gate mall specs savers wasn't even interested in assisting me.. I have been using specs saver for long but the service from south gate mall is very bad
i regret the day i took a contract with carrack, i called in to ask them to remove device from my old car to my new car they said it will cost me R600 i asked for them to cancel told me stories i then requested for them to divide that amount in to 3 months which they agreed it took them ages to assist with the re stallelation but they never stop debiting....debitting amount that we didn't agree on is been weeks now asking for the recording between me and the consultant still no luck all they do is debit money from my account....poor service..i can't wait to get the recording to take this matter further...
barcelos blue valley shopping center sold me old food, the pap was hard like brick...the chicken yho...it was like the cook the food 2 weeks back and stored them somewhere, so disapointed
took my car in for service they told me that I have to make transport arrangements to come fetch my car or i should wait the whole day until they finish servicing the car,they have my car what arrangement am i supposed to make to come fetch my car...poor service from kia
your service is very bad, i regret the day i took medical aid with you guys. Now i want to cancel but you are forcing me, busy taking out my money when I have been telling you that i don't want it anymore
i took a medical aid through my employer i was under the impression that I can be to use the medical aid for my prescription glasses but sadly they don't pay much for that, so i have been trying to cancel the medical aid but they are giving me some run arounds, i don't know what else to do be i do want this medical aid anymore.please assist
I lost my phone Friday night and I wanted to do a swim swap but I couldn't get my number back cos of the bad service I received from thabiso...... Is for the second time I lose numbers I have been using for years cos of the bad attitude from cell c... Bad network bad service......
I bought a ag phone from edgars few months back but now its freezing I tried calling them they told me is gonna take 6 weeks to be fixed and it wil cost me R400 which doesn make sense to me cos I bought the phone with R750 I really don't like ag and I will never recommend it to anyone just a waste of money and time
