Honestly I regret buying my house from Cosmopolitan Devloper...The lies and not being honest to customers. My house is 2 years4months of occupation& cracks are all over the house and huge cracks that are overwhelming.Another crack In the main bedroom is from wall to wall. Last year around Feb 2025 ticket lodged and they came to inspect and this Manager promised to come back to fix and never pitched up again ...December 2025 l called again and they came and inspect and the report came back saying "I am reliable to fix those cracks myself " so via email...My last call was promised a not worry as l have 5years warrant of fixing...Furthermore l told to go NHRBC to lodge my complain after they promisedin Feb25 and Dec25 to come and fix.....Is this how you treat customers after the bank pays you fully...Please be fair........Now l call is meeting or lunch everytime
.My house is less than 3years of occupation and is full of Cracks everywhere inside and outside the house. I called client care and spoke to Caroline Stenkemp who promised that my is under 5years warranty to fix such and after assessment Khosi Ntshingila and Elrine send me a report to say l am liable to fix for to fix all those cracks and also l can escalate my issue to NHRBC.Nonses.Cosmo please take ownership and fix this poor workmanship. I want my house fix. This is not fair at all that l need to fix their mess and now we call them they don't answer their phone
Can you guys please stop sharing our info with OnAir TV....they call us claiming to be from DSTV and are in partnership with DSTV and sell to us **** package/s and worst they don't deliver. Please stop sharing my info with external company and l blame you guys coz now we get unnecessary fees and debit orders....

After lodging my issue l was told we will help win this case and be refunded,,,this clientele attorney advised me of all process and was in touch with me all the time till he ghosted me only to find out he resigned and WOW process began all over again only to be left hanging and be told to handle this case by myself coz there's no legal issue in my matter... After taking my time almost an hour online with your sales consultant convincing me to buy new decoder on promotion and dish with less premium of compact. While on the call Manager as well came in to confirm same. Two days after Manager called me after accepting deal that my package is now dispatched to courier and should expect delivery in one or two days and received reference number - order ref no OA-63248628-1 has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your waybill number is 080053328980. Wow DSTV....PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THEN THIS IS CANCELED AFTER BEING DISPATCHED TO COURIER. YOU WASTED MY TIME AND THIS IS UGLY ABOUT YOUR POOREST SERVICES.
Worse Insurance ever . I am happy l canceled all policy with poorest Bettersure. I am not yet residing in the house and started to debit me and they promised in my initial call with them that they only debit when u first reside in the property. After numerous calls to stop them from debiting but still insist and refused to refund. Guys please policy with this insurance company
Southgate Fair Price must shut down...l laybye headboard and drawer for 3months, On the day of collections nothing was delivered and they promised again in two days it will delivered and nothing was delivered. Managers and supervisor lied and while l was there two more customers were also complaining. I was told by supervisor that warehouse will not be able to make them for useless reasons. This is not fair at all. I asked to be refunded and take business to other furniture shop. I will never ever in my life buy and recommend anyone to Fair Price stores
Poor Service at all times,Call center is like Home Affairs...very bad. I called in 26 November 2022 to migrate from old decoder to DSTV explorer and to gain access to record and/or fast forward and all was well. Week later l received sms of debit order of double the amount to be debited. When l phone I'm told of pro rate fee, cancelation fee and others of none of that was communicated with when migrating. DSTV has tendency of not telling or educating their customers of hidden fees. I spoke to Thabo Cele who said his Managers will call to rectify since he couldn't answer why so much fees. Till now still waiting for them to call and refund...DSTV is bad like bad. Can't wait that year they receive serious competitors so l move...Also same and repeating movies
