I have lodged a complaint about a wrong order since Friday, 13 March 2026 and another complaint about Greenery which accepted my telephonic order only for them to tell me that they do not have the meal upon arrival.

On 5th February 2025 I went to Nando's Rivonia in the evening and via their drive thru I ordered livers and pap, which I have done before. I requested extra sauce. The meal was so dry and my instruction was not fulfilled. I have had this experience a few times at this branch and even raised a complaint with head office. However, the issue recurs. If my request cannot be fulfilled then my expectations should be managed and I will find a branch that can fulfil. Moreover, the respective branch has not even acknowledged my complaint. Nando's at The Glen on Solomon Mahlangu and Olympus road plays very loud music. This in turn causes the workers to raise their voices loud in the kitchen. The staff refuses to reduce the volume. It's a tarven!

on the 25 Feb 2026 I bought a full chicken with 2 sides .the chicken was plain no source on it there was no salad dressing I did call the costumer n the manager of Lynwood lane said I could have bought an extra source because they left the chicken to dry .so my R300 went down in the drain,we could not eat that chicken it was testing bad

Had a bad experience at the store got wrong order and chips that were mixed with wedges. L Lodges a complain they said they will get back to me that was the end of it. I call them again n put on hold for over 15 mins no results at all. CAS-703052-X8C9K6

Good evening, I am very disappointed with the service received regarding Order Number DFD30288129 placed at Nando’s - Protea Glen Mall. The order was placed at 18:41, with an estimated arrival time of 19:32–19:47. However, the driver only collected the order at 19:53 and it was delivered at 20:10. This delay, together with the inaccurate timing shown on the app, is frustrating. Customers rely on those estimated times to plan accordingly. I would appreciate a clear explanation for what caused this delay and how this will be resolved. Kind regards,

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nando's Corlett. I purchased a full chicken and specifically asked for it to be cut into 8 pieces. However, when I received my order, it only had 7 pieces instead of 8. A full chicken should be properly portioned, and this is not what I paid for. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, I was told that they are “not getting a driver,” which means they are not willing to correct their mistake or assist me further. I find this unacceptable. The mistake was made on their side, yet I am the one inconvenienced. This shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would appreciate this matter being resolved urgently and proper quality control measures being put in place to prevent this from happening to other customers. I look forward to feedback and a proper resolution.
