Went to McDonald's in Centurion on. R55. I was met with total disregard, disrespect and complete unprofessionalism. Let's start at the fact that the order lady doesn't listen to what you're ordering... you get to the pay window and you're accused of not ordering what you CLEARLY confirmed! 1000 different people come to "resolve" the issue not realizing that they themselves are the issue! How many times can one be asked about a coffee size? Then I am accused of having an order that was not even given to me! What Circus are you running? Ill mannered, non observant individuals playing cash register! Get your people in line. It's too early to be having such dramas. Roaches running in a circle when the lights come on is what it looked like. Aai!
I booked a flight from Cape town international with "CemAir". My payment was declined due to my limit I had set on my card. As I was searching on how to pay after increasing the limit Elroy, a consultant from Travelsrart phoned me within seconds of my search and helped me promptly. I also received my e-ticket very quickly via e-mail after the call. I am pleased with the service Elroy provided me. Thank you. 😊 I highly recommend this service.
I was a patron at Veravita Oakdene on 25 March 2023. I had placed an order and had to cancel within two minutes as I had an emergency that I needed to attend to. I asked a waiter to please cancel my order and he obliged me. As l got into my car to drive away I was then met with the waitress that I initially placed the order with. She immediately insisted that my order was being prepared. I said to her no thank you I canceled already I need to leave. She went inside, asked her colleague whom I canceled my order with to Come outside with the card machine to pay before I had even received this order that was started. I then came out my car and asked for management as I was being held hostage while they prepared this order I canceled now 10 minutes ago. The female owner arrived and was told I can take my issue up with her. I greeted an was unassuming. As soon as I approached her she had already deduced that my çomplaint was unworthy of being heard. She had the nerve to say to me "your emergency isn't all that urgent is it" after spending a further minuterelaying to her the events that transpired in her absence. I have never in my life been so shocked at words! She proceeded to tell me that I was being unfriendly towards her staff that actually attacked me before she arrived. How could she judge a response to an action she did not see in the first place? She joined her staff in attacking me in the parking lot as a patron and asked me did I sit down in her restaurant? What that has anything to with, no one knows. She then went to her till asked for my receipt from the waitress and threw my money I was forced to pay at me across the counter! Had I been a person of her race, this would not have even reached this level. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespectful tactics as a consumer. The owner of this establishment as she so proudly put, attacked me, put me under duress and racially profiled me. Her lack of conflict management skills and emotional intelligence shocked me! What happened to the philosophy of "consumers should be respected and treated fairly?" I had no intention to attack her nor her business she on the other hand had other ideas about my experience. This woman's behaviour as an owner of an establishment and a woman was purely disgusting! If this is how you run your business, I shudder to think how you run your own life. You don't treat people that way!
I bought a 75g packet of what I thought were jelly babies. The consistency of the jelly babes turned out to be as hard a wine gums. I've been to 3 different stores on separate occasions meaning the formula has changed. I am quite disappointed in the misleading information.
I requested an "in driver." Yesterday (29/03/21). The Driver was rude, impatient and generally unpleasant. I proceeded to ask him to stop at an ATM so I could pay him his fare. After which, realising that it would take too long, said that he could use a Capitec voucher I had. When I requested that he send me the remaining amount of R 130, as the initial trip was R120, he had the nerve to tell me about FNB R10 bank charges to send the rest of my money via eWallet! He legit had the audacity to tell me the trip was R 200 when it CLEARLY STATES On the ride history as R120 (I have pictures). DO NOT TAKE A RIDE FROM "Atlick Phaladi" LICENCE PLATE (HT 48 YL GP). Silver VW polo Block him and report him immediately! He's a thief!
About a month ago I had a complaint about SIMONSIG. I am happy to say that all has been resolved. Furthermore, communication with Francois included an apology letter with a stress package of a selection of wine. Thank you again SIMONSIG for fulfilling your promise. I am happy.
