The driver I requested on the 04March 2026 by the name Casim came with a car playing loud music and I pleaded with him to lower the music and he said I have an attitude. Unfortunately on the very same car I forgot my water bottle when I call him to arrange and get it he said I must come to his place at night to come and get my bottle as a results of such disturbing idea I have given up that I will not get my bottle.

Good day I won't disclose my name and honestly speaking indriver fares are so ****en annoying as a driver we just working for loss I wonder who is the found how can a client request from Rustenburg to Johannesburg in Sandton and want to pay R250.00 who ever who is doing marketing for indriver his or her level of intellectual is irrational shem.compare to bolt and Uber I know you are competitive but we as Driver we just working for loss you would wake early in the morning later on around 10:00 at night you would have R200.00 yet wallet wants and yet still condoning price negotiation this so unfair and disgusting.play store is you guys ,also customers,and drivers as well but you Uys are so flipping unfair some of we work on indrive full and we pay rent with the money we work for indriver is also playing major interms of unemployment rate prices are so ****ed up city to city even city rides guys petrol is so expensive yet you guys are not amending yr prices come please we must all fight this battle together.cars needs services,tires,an so forth marketing manager please do something boss I urge because you guys are killing the economy as awowa hebathong.change yr strategies ASAP please yoh drivers are depressed because of irrational fares yooohh your atleast take driver advices sometimes or every trip **** yooooo yesess we tire we you guys are trying to reduce unemployment rate but awo this is so flipping worse like shid is so real.in that case some driver was lasweek in Pretoria Imagen being killed for R80 guys we as Driver we are giving our all but we don't benefit anything we just owing this to survive and on top of that running business without positive I do have a target book I read my daily target after so many ours yerrrrrrrrr man

I have received a very poor and risky service from InDrive. I would like to warn South Africans that people are putting their life at risk for using their services. I actually got ****** while using their service and they don't care about that. Case has been opened with the police. Be alert!!

I've been ****** twice and the indrive does nothing about it . I requested for a package 2 hours ago and the driver picked it up but now he's not answering my calls even the "support team" is not being useful.

On 05 January 2026 I booked a ride on inDrive. Driver accepted quick, but then nothing. I waited more than 30 minutes at the exact pickup spot, no call, no chat, no nothing from the guy. Then I check the app and see he marked the ride as DONE – like I actually got in the car and we drove! Total lie. I never saw the car, never got picked up, nothing happened. This is straight-up cheating. He just wanted the money without doing the job. Left me stranded and wasted my whole time. I already reported it in the app but still waiting for them to sort it out. inDrive, please check this driver properly and stop this nonsense from happening. It’s making people not trust the app anymore.

Had an indrive driver now that didn't have change and I had a R100 .The driver was upset because I said to him why doesn't he have change he drove off with me from my house and I jumped out the car cause he was treating and because the way he was driving he kept on looking for something like he was looking for a weapon luckily I was not far from home I jumped in a car with two ladies that was behind and they dropped me home we then ended up giving him the full amount

I reported the matter with Indrive since Saturday everyday till today and no assistance whatsoever. Why do you treat your customers line this? I just went through some of the reviews here, you have made a lot of clients very unhappy. This is day light ******* as there is also an amount of R500 and something in that bag and I need it. The driver's name is Harry who drives a light blue Hyundai BS33PRGP. He picked.me.up at 2672 Tshezi street Emndeni to Buttercup Street in Fleurhof. Pick up time was 18:59-drop off 19:37. I am expecting this matter to be resolved urgently because the only other step I will have to take if it's not is to report the matter to the Police.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service your company has provided. I lost a valuable item containing money, and despite multiple assurances from your agents that the driver would contact me, no follow-up was conducted. At no point did your team check whether the driver responded, returned the item, or even provide a basic courtesy call. Furthermore, no compensation or meaningful support was offered. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the customer service I have received is extremely poor. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend your service to anyone.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service your company has provided.
