I added my card to the Indrive application about 3 weeks ago. On TWO occasions, the drivers accepted the trip, the money gets deducted from my account, the drivers proceeded to end the trip before picking me up.

I had requested a ride with my friends , I then asked the driver if I could charge my phone,he agreed and borrowed me his charger . I forgot my phone in the car charging, 5 minutes after we had been dropped off we called the driver asking him to bring back my phone he did not answer my calls on my phone and on his . I was an iPhone 13 and just like that it’s gone

Last night the 8th of May 2026 this Indriver by the name of Rutendo Mukahanana driving car details: white Renault Triber CAA647-271 accepted a ride from Belville to Durbanville at 12:25 AM a 7km ride to which he arrived and drove off after I paid and was charged R165 rand for a trip he never completed. If you get this driver be mindful to land up in the same situation. Shocking turn of events.

I requested a ride and payment of R84 went off my account. Driver immediately canceled the ride and never got here. When I asked for a Redlands on the app they said they dont do refunds

Guys please on the look out coz yesterday round between 7 n 8 we got stuck in samora i had both my 11year old and 10month old baby with me. we got ******ed of everyrhing im just glad my babies are not harmed but we need to be vigilant with these so called deivers. I recently discovered that the driver that was driving this car with this numberplate is not the one from the profile. my brother inlaw n neighbour came to our aid is ive send locations before we got gun pointed. then my neighbour bakie also got smash from behind as we boarded so i ended up with 10stitches in my head my 11year old got 5stiches in her hand and few guys who came with got bums and bruisers also...was very caotic experience and **** service.

Whatever you do, don't request card trip with indrive, the drivers and the entire indrive team never want to take responsibility of drivers unprofessional behaviour. Their driver stole my hair.
