Lonehill branch is completely useless. Spoke to the owner Mohanmed a few months ago regarding lack of extra sauce. He told me to tell the staff to add Extra sauce whenever I visit. He now denies this and makes staff ridicule me. Staff shouted at me and told me I am lying. Yesterday, I had to take a refund and go to Broadacres who satisfied my order. If in the area, decide which is best.
Fnb insure a *******. Be weary. If your car is even a year out of warranty. They use parts from written off cars for repairs and use unauthorised panel beaters. I have this in writing. Completely unacceptable especially since I have a full after market warranty.
Be very weary of this company. They usually operate via Spar stores. Requested a renewal in Feb. I have two vehicles. Vehicle 1 was renewed fine. Vehicle 2 was not renewed. Followed up continuously. They now ask for an additional payment, claiming that Vehicle 1 is not licensed (they issued the disc to me). Money making scheme!!!

Have a lost cellphone claim. The phone was lost/ ****** at a Mall. Despite me providing the case number, ITC etc. FNB Insure now wants tracking records for my car to prove I was at the mall, as well as the receipt from the restaurant I ate at. I would love to see the T&Cs in my policy that states that for a cellphone claim, you vehicle needs a tracking device. I have not claimed on my portable possession cover throughout my cover with FNB. Typical insurance company that is trying to not pay my claim. Guess its time, I tried another insurance company and tried to get something OUT.
Cannot make or receive calls unless you go in and out of airplane mode. Call centre unresponsive, and the online support system is not working. Avoid this network.
Bought 3 suits from the Cedar branch. They asked me to pick up (after alteration) on a Saturday. Went through and suits were not ready. I was asked to come back the next day. Upon fitting - the suits were not altered correctly and one had a stain on it. Took items back to the store on a Monday and was asked to fetch it on a Friday. Went through on the Sunday and was told that the items were not ready due to "Black Friday" volumes.
Sold me food that was marked "Not for resale" thereby profiting off samples. The item was also expired (two weeks past date). I called the practice to express my concerns and was shouted at by the "Practice Manager" and told that they had a fire a few months ago and I should accept their mistake. Also told me to feed my cat the expired food. She also told me I am welcome to complain to Royal Canin as the practice is a regular customer and no action will be taken.
