Double deduction on fnb payment. Payment effected twice on account.
Have a lost cellphone claim. The phone was lost/ ****** at a Mall. Despite me providing the case number, ITC etc. FNB Insure now wants tracking records for my car to prove I was at the mall, as well as the receipt from the restaurant I ate at. I would love to see the T&Cs in my policy that states that for a cellphone claim, you vehicle needs a tracking device. I have not claimed on my portable possession cover throughout my cover with FNB. Typical insurance company that is trying to not pay my claim. Guess its time, I tried another insurance company and tried to get something OUT.
Cannot make or receive calls unless you go in and out of airplane mode. Call centre unresponsive, and the online support system is not working. Avoid this network.
Bought 3 suits from the Cedar branch. They asked me to pick up (after alteration) on a Saturday. Went through and suits were not ready. I was asked to come back the next day. Upon fitting - the suits were not altered correctly and one had a stain on it. Took items back to the store on a Monday and was asked to fetch it on a Friday. Went through on the Sunday and was told that the items were not ready due to "Black Friday" volumes.
Sold me food that was marked "Not for resale" thereby profiting off samples. The item was also expired (two weeks past date). I called the practice to express my concerns and was shouted at by the "Practice Manager" and told that they had a fire a few months ago and I should accept their mistake. Also told me to feed my cat the expired food. She also told me I am welcome to complain to Royal Canin as the practice is a regular customer and no action will be taken.

Despite logging two complaints on this platform - FNB has not made contact with me.
FNB has not given me feedback on my last complaint.
FNB keeps offering me a pre-approval on an increase on my Revolving Loan Facility. Whenever I accept it - it says that the limit was increased successfully - but the limit is actually never increased. The Service Suite is of no help as they say they will escalate the matter - but nothing comes of it.
Shouted and screamed at (all recorded and going onto social media) by someone called Mariana from the Cpt office for complaining about recieving unsolicited marketing information. Lawyers breaking the law.
