I paid Speedaf customs charges for my Temu order the 25th of February which means they're siting on my order and twiddling their thumbs. I am about to claim a refund. Here's my tracking number ZA120197271054T. The courier driver is Liphumile. They're bot system stinks and they're phone line cuts you off without passing you to an agent.

The drivers for Speedaf Mpumalanga are tge rudest, most *********** delivery personnel Ive ever encountered. Puseletso Chiloane complained to do her basic job, we just informed her that she needs to collect a access paper from reception, she complained non-stop, she kept intrusively calling even though I told her Im in a meeting and since sbe hasn't even arrived yet she should give me a few minutes. She then came out and made an entire scene at my workplace, she then shouted at me that shes angry and she was complaining that she has too many deliveries to do she can't be waiting for me, even though she didn't wait at all. I informed her I would lay a complaint because her behaviour at my workplace is unacceptable, she said I can try, there's nothing I can do to her. This is after I had a bad experience a few days prior with another driver who complained that they don't want to come to my company to deliver because they have too many deliveries, they expected me to drive out. This is a horrible courier company with the worst drivers one would find

The driver who delivered my package wasn’t an issue at all. Very nice, patient and was nice when I contacted him to find out when he would deliver. However, he requested my ID or drivers license in order to give me my delivery and took a picture of my drivers license saying that his company requires it as proof. This violates the POPIA act having to strong arm customers into giving their personal details to receive their items and I did not feel comfortable about it nor did I understand why it is a requirement. I’m going to take this further with the company as it’s a very suspicious practice.
