I got good service from One day only. I got a Sodastream device from them last week. Sodastream supp**** a proper instruction manual with the device, which extraordinary for these days. In the manual I read that the plastic 1 liter bottles have an expiry date. I checked each bottle of 4 supp**** with the device. One had an expiry date of April 2026 and 3 bottles expire October 2026. I emailed One day Only with the details and screenshots... got an email reply from One Day Only that stated they contacted Sodastream SA...on the same day. The next day I got an email that Sodastream will send me extra 2 bottles...received it today with expiry date 2029. This is good service. I think a plastic bottle is not supposed have expiry date because my previous device that got obsolete because 30 liter gas cylinders were not available anymore, has 3 plastic bottles thats more than 12 years old...never gave problems. This is also good service of Sodastream SA...thanx a lot.
The DSTV service stinks. Today is the few hundredth time that the program guide does not work. Without the guide it is useless...shame on you Multichoice. We pay a ****house full of money for a service we do not get everyday. You can see it on your subscriptions decline. Do something about it. A mishap like this on an Airbus A380 and more than 500 people are not with us anymore because the plane will crash.
My old 16 year old trustyTedelex 42" plasma TV packed up yesterday(Saturday) early evening and I started looking for a new TV. On Google I saw an ad of the Hisense 58" A6N at a good Black Friday special at Incredible Connection. I decided to order it immediately and put in the order and when I wanted to pay I got this message IN RED: With limited Hisense 58 inch Smart 4K UHD TV-58A6N stock limited delivery areas apply. We apologise for the inconvenience, please remove the product from your cart to proceed. We are working hard to make sure more products become available to your location in the future. Why do they discriminate against where I live in Robertson, Western Cape? Do we who live here have some kind of filthy disease that they discriminate against us...after all we pay with the same money, or is our money not good enough? I am going to phone one of their shops in the Cape and confront them. I am now red to above my ears because their way of conduct is disgusting. I tried to order the same TV from Hifi Corp and when I wanted to pay I got the same disgusting RED message. They are in the same group...so thats the reason. Both even checked my TV license with my ID number and my license is fully payed up at the SABC. You can check, the TV is still advertised on the internet. The same TV is advertised by Takealot but cost R500 more and money does not grow on my head, I'm a pensioner thats 80 years old. I hope something can be done about this **************. If items are not freely available to every South African citizen, they should not advertise it on the internet. I think I will email Hisense a copy of this review on Monday, because it is not good for their business. Thanks Hellopeter for listening to us, consumers...you do a lot of good.
I bought a 3 months old HP250 G9 laptop with Windows 11. The August update was *******ed and must have been loaded by the previous owner. When I installed Photoshop Elements 9 from the original discs it installed and prompt me to restart and after that the pawpaw struct the fan. The harddrive jammed because bitlocker kicked in. I do not have the unlock key nor do the original owner. I had to take the the laptop to a local it shop and they wiped the harddrive and re-installed Windows 11, as well as Windows Office. I have not got the invoice for the work done yet. Now Microsoft Publisher and Word is blocked and I cannot get out of that screen. If I reboot all the other programs work except Office programs...they are locked solid. Why must I pay for Microsoft **** O/S's *******ed update? Their service stink. If I had the money I would switch to Apple without thinking twice because Apple is not this unstable, as Windows.
Aliexpress changed from a user friendly to a useless internet shopping company. I tried to send the an important message in connection with possible *****ulent seller/shipping company, but to contact them is impossible. They had a very useful chatting facility to report problems with sellers, but that does not exist anymore, you run in circles to try to contact them. I sent them emails to "aliexpress.com" which say Aliexpress Customer service on my email to them, and they sent me an email back saying that this is the wrong email address, supplying a link, but my tablet cannot open the link. What must I do?
I have a HUGE problem. I am waiting for a package ordered from AliExpress. It was shipped and is now with SA customs. The shipping company is Speedaf/Meili Logistics. I received a proforma invoice from Meili Logistics which I paid the customs duty per ABSA ATM and I have the payslip as proof that I paid. Now I get an email reminder everyday to pay the customs duty. On the reminder email is Meili logistics 2 phone numbers. When I call these numbers I go on voicemail. I left several messages to which they did not respond. I sent several emails to them but got no response. I also phoned their landline number and got only voicemail. I took the matter to the AliExpress seller: Shop1103530469Store but so far got nowhere with them. I suspect a ****, maybe the seller or the shipping company, or both. Aliexpress had a good chat helpline in the past, but they changed it to a user unfriendly helpline and I got no further with them. I sent an email to Aliexpress.com, but its the wrong email address according to the email I got back from them. So now I'm completely stranded. Maybe you can motivate them to call me.
Bobshop so far is giving me excellent service with proper communication about delivery details and quick deliveries.
I ordered carpet tiles from Temu and got messages and proforma invoices from Buffalo International Logistics about 2 out of 3 packages(Ref: EX8HH6..R53.68 & 8QHVHR..R67.56) for the import duty and VATthat I must pay. The order was divided into 3 packages. I am now trying to get info about the third package from Buffalo but with no success. I sent them emails and contacted them via Whatsapp and got only feedback from my W/app attempt, where I got the choice to chat to an agent, but so far no success, also the option to email them on "support@buffaloex.co.za". I did email them with all the details, supported with some screenshots, but no response from them. I got their bank details, they are with Nedbank. I had my doubts about them, so I went to our local branch of Nedbank to find out if this account is legit. The Nedbank attendant said that they are part of "Mustang" and that the account is legit. I tried to phone them this morning and got through to a switchboard where I had to listen to "Bridge over troubled waters" for more than 5 minutes, so I disconnected and gave it up for a bad job. What to do further I do not know. Shall I pay them the two amounts and see what happens? Or must I wait for a few days? I wish I can supply the screenshots to you but I do not know how. Kobus Bender.

On 10 Dec I got an email from Takealot that I got a "Secret Santa Gift R100 off Coupon"(code Epic100). I wanted to order a gascan and got no further with the discount. The next day I saw a La Cocina 25 cm Round 4.7 liters Red cast iron Casserole at R939 and decided to order it and use my Epic100 discount but on the order there was nowhere provision for that. I contacted them by email and got a reply from Suzakele M. how to load my discount voucher...2 options but none worked. I supp**** them with detailed screenshots(without response from them) but because I could not subtract my R100 discount, I did not complete my payment. This morning I got an email stating that they cancelled my order No.142659362, but that I can re-order it, but now the price went up. I still want the pot at R939-R100=R839. All I want to know in Afrikaans...HOE DE *** DOEN HULLE BESIGHEID??? Then I Googled them to get their helpline phone No. Number is 0873628000. When I dialled the No. the "ghost voice" said: The number you dialled does not exist. It seems to me that they have a standard recipe for business and the moment you deviate from that; a miracle happens...THE PERSONNEL ALL CHANGE INTO *****S. I had a lot of problems when I started ordering from them in the beginning, but somehow it got solved and I ordered an Oukitel power station of R30000, 2 deck chairs, Oukitel phone and a set of cast iron pots without any hassles...UNTIL NOW.!!! Please help, I'm in a flat spin.!!!! It is a big problem when you order stuff on the internet, when you need assistance IT JUST IS NOT THERE. I ordered quite some stuff from Aliexpress and they solved problems without any hassles on their chat channel. Please help.!!! Kobus Bender
