I placed my order, paid, and received order confirmation. Then I received notification from the shipping agent ... and its months now ... nothing delivered. I dealt with Bob Shop and they appointed and dealt with the shipping agent, THEY MUST SORT THIS OUT, yet my mails to both come back as: from Bob Shop "deal with the shipping agent directly" and " your case is now closed"; and from the shipping agent "we appologise for the delay". PLEASE Bob Shop, I am your customer ... and good luck with their e-mail address

I’ve been selling and buying items on Bobshop for almost 10 years. My agonies started with the R30 that sellers have to pay (for orders over R100) for the shipping. Losing money on almost every sale, and I can’t increase my prices, otherwise my customers will look elsewhere. Then they removed the ‘Recent Sales’ tab, which I frequently used as both a buyer and seller. Why would you remove it? Then last week days they have started removing quantity indications next to product categories, which is super-annoying both as a buyer and seller. Also, they now list all the categories for each seller, whether you have those products or not. Now it looks like you as a seller can’t be bothered about listing items? I only use about 5 different categories when listing items, but every single one gets displayed, and if you click on them, nothing. It looks bad. Dear Bobshop, it’s all in the details! I’ve already sent several suggestions to them about this, but as expected no response. It’s still the best platform for selling items online in SA, but it feels like they are just changing things for the sake of changing things. Sound fami****?

I sold an order (Z30009035239) through Bobshop, which was supposed to be delivered by Fastway Klerksdorp. Tracking showed a failed delivery attempt. My client contacted the depot this morning, and they assured me delivery would be completed today. I've also sent emails to Bobshop and Fastway today and yesterday, but received no response. As a seller, I expect better logistics and communication from Fastway on behalf of Bobshop. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

I love bobshop, but their insistence to use Ram couriers as an option is ill-advised and outrageous. Ram will not pick up your parcel if it does not have a waybill attached (I do not own a printer and I work from home). I have used courier guy multiple times and they do not ask for this, they are happy if you just write the waybill on the packet. I actually plan to move away from bobshop because of this.

Fantastic shopping experience, very fair price paid, and the service and continuous contact and regular updates was just amazing!
