Thank you Alex and your Staff, especially Markus for his Professional attitude and the handling of the repairs to the Storm and Hail damages to my vehicle, it is so frustrating when Santam Insurance make un-professional, absolute STUPID and unilateral decisions by not communicating with me, to only repair what they think must be repaired leaving my Vehicle in and absolute shoddy state of repair to save costs, this not only leaves a very negative and frustrating impact on the excellent work Alfa Trio are known for but also on EVERY Santam Policy holder.
Over the last 4 weeks I have had the displeasure of using The Courier Guy on 4 separate occasions for Breakdown Parts for my Vehicle from different locations to Phalaborwa Forever Resort , on every one of these deliveries there is and was a 24hr blockage of NO MOVEMENT at JHB HUB as is the situation with my current parcel delivery from Mossel Bay sent on Monday 11August, and then on three further occasions another 24hrs No Movement at Phalaborwa Hub, on two of these occasions when I phoned Phalaborwa I was informed that the parcel was there but will only be delivered the next day because the Driver had already left but I was welcome to come and collect On the other hand on Monday at 14h20 a Parcel was sent sent to me POSTNET to POSTNET Meyerton to Phalaborwa and I receiver it today at 14h45 WELL done POSTNED it is an absolute Pleasure to have used your service
Over the last 3 weeks I have had to make use of The Courier Guy on four different accusations from different locations to Phalaborwa for breakdown parts for my Vehicle, On every one of these deliveries there seems to be an absolute blockage/ holdup for more that 24hr at "THE HUB JHB " and then a further delay of 24hrs for the parcel to reach Phalaborwa, On three of these occasions I only received my parcel location when I phoned Phalaborwa Depot and was informed that the parcel was at there "Phalaborwa Hub" hub and would only be delivered the next day but I could go there and collect it myself My current parcel is once again stuck in JHB since Tuesday afternoon 2h32pm, On the other hand on Monday afternoon at 14h20 a Parcel was sent to me via Posnet to Postnet Meyerton/ Phalaborwa and I received this morning 13August at 14h30 WHAT A PLEASURE THAN YOU POSTNET
Disgusting, lack of service and *****ulent deduction from my Nedbank account, On 27 May 2025 Nedbank deducted May monthly maintenance fees from my bank account (Instanthouding fooi) then again on 30 May 2025 Nedbank again deducted monthly maintenance fee May (MAINTENANCE FEE) I then on 30 May tried to contact Nedbank on the 0800 number and after wasting 47min data listening to music I gave up and went to Nedbank MEYERTON to try and get an answer, Very helpful agent logged a complaint with her promise of an answer within 3 working days was not forthcoming and after many attempts at the Nedbank 0800 number Today 30 May 2025 I went to Nedbank Phalaborwa as we have been on holiday at Forever Resort Phalaborwa since 01 June 2025 where there has not been a Nedbank because the Mall burned down and only re-opened 25 of May and the nearest Nedbank was in Tzaneen it was not worth the cost to travel to get some sort of feed back. At Phalaborwa Nedbank I was met with a verry rude and disgusting reception by a Woman (can never call her a Lady )with the most UGLY, IMPATIANT and worst attitude one should NEVER be subjected to from a person who has the responsibility of helping people who PAY HER SALARY Sadly to say my query as to the double deduction and disappearance of my funds is still outstanding
Thank you to Jason Ross and his team for the fantastic Professional and Expertise Service, Friendship carried out for the repairs to my BMW x5 when it broke down on 08 February 2024 From my first call to the Office for assistance until I collected my spotlessly clean BMW on Friday Morning I received nothing less that 5 star treatment It is such a pleasure to receive this quality of Service at a very very affordable cost Once again Jason, I Than you and please inform your Staff of my gratitude God Bless
It is no everyday in South Africa today that one can receive the fantastic service and friendship that we received at SUPA QUICK Humansdorp We had a Breakdown on their doorstep on Tuesday 16 January 2024, totally outside of their scope of Service inso that the crankshaft pulley of our vehicle collapsed, although I am proficient and capable of carrying out the repairs we could not proceed any further on our Journey from Kareedouw to Aston Bay, The nature of the breakdown and the Spare parts not obtainable in Humansdorp required that they had to be sought, ordered from and then collected from Port Elizabeth, Johan and his Staff come to the Fore and supp**** me with a driver and transport to successfully achieve this VERY difficult task in Humansdorp. As the Vehicle has an Automatic Gearbox we could not tow the vehicle to our Place of stay in Kareedouw Johan supp**** us with safe Overnight Parking in the workshop for two nights until the part was available, collected and I could install it Johan Bardenhorst and your Staff, please accept our sincere and most grateful appreciation accepting us and for this absolute fantastic Service, if I could give you 10 Stars it would not be enough
My Wife and I are Permanent Campers and Travel all over South Africa staying for 1 month to Three months at different caravan parks On 7 November 2023 I traded in my 2023 Jurgens Palma Caravan for a Larger 1997 Jurgens Exclusive Caravan and on doing so contacted King Price from the Caravan Dealer at 13h40 to swop over the insurance. The King Price Agent who answered my call informed me that he would call me back within a couple of minutes. However after two hours and we were on our way home to Meyerton from Pretoria he called back to inform me that King Price were not Interested in helping me with the insurance on the Exclusive Caravan as it was to old, but would keep up the insurance on my Vehicle. no matter what I suggested the answer from King Price was not interested. The next Morning I contacted Santam Insurance for cover and after giving all my detail the Vehicle and Caravan detail I was absolutely blown away when Santam sent me a Insurance Schedule to the exact cent the I had with King Price and My Palma Caravan, When I questioned this I was Informed by the Santam Agent that he got my detail from the national data base !!!!!! Never have I given anybody permission to have any of my details added to any National Insurance Data Base. My Concerns is that they are in contravention of the POPI Act, as well as Price Fixing on a Grand Scale and this in my opinion amount to ***** I am been inundated with calls from so many Insurance Company's that I do not want to answer my phone any more, and when I ask where they got my Detail the same answer every time The National Insurance Data Base
Money was deducted through a Stop order from MY Bank account for a Funeral Policy on My Wife name and detail without my Permission. Absolutely no contact was made with me by NEDBANK regarding this transaction or stop order and neither myself or my Wife have not at any time approached this Insurance Company for and Cover or have given them ANY personal or Bank account detail. NEDBANK must explain how it is possible for this type of removal of funds from a NEDBANK account is done without the clients PERMISSION OR AUTHORISATION If this is the norm with NEDBANK it is a very serious case of access to and a lack of security and potential theft from any Clients Bank account and must be exposed
Once again absolutely no feedback or response from LegalWise since 23 February 2023 when I was contacted by LegalWise, despite the fact that I e-mailed them on 10 March for feedback on my Case 77953220. For a Company with their status one would expect some sort of Service What a poor state of affairs to pay for Legal service and then to be shunned and totally ignored
Once again absolutly no service from Legal Wise on a Case I requested No 77953220 which I instigated the beginning of December 2022, I have sent a number of e-mail inquiries to Legal Wise requesting progress information and they have not answered any of my e-mails WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR ??????
