Based on recent customer reviews, Supa Quick shows a stark divide in customer experience. While several branches earn strong praise for friendly, efficient service and quick turnaround, a significant volume of negative reviews describes repeated repair failures, unresolved faults, pricing disputes, poor communication, and staff refusing accountability. The business struggles with consistency across its branch network, and negative experiences frequently involve escalation to external bodies.

On 14 January 026 I visited them to do a Pension promo ,which included tyre rotation, balancing and wheel alignment. All my cars wheels have lock nuts . I Left the premises and continued with my daily c****s. A few weeks later, on Monday 02 March 026 when washing my vehicle I noticed that the lock nut and plastic nut cover were missing on the front wheel. I immediately proceeded to Supa Quick and informed the manager about the missing parts. He failed to acknowledge that the serviceman who had worked on my car was at fault , by not replacing the lock nut and cover. He said anybody could have removed it. My car was never serviced or been attended to during this period. Instead, he offered to sell me a set of lock nuts for R550, which I thought was a slap on my face. Why should I now fork out that amount of money, knowing that they were negligent without checking that the job was completed correctly.

The staff of Supaquick are welcoming and professional. It took them 50 minutes to put on my two brand new tyres(which I bought from them), do wheel balancing and alignment. Their service is excellent from administrator ( Julia) to technician (Jimmy). Unfortunately I do not know the names of the rest of the technical team.

Supa Quick menlyn delivered and stayed true to their name. Give a speedy and professional workmanship. The team is friendlyand they give your hot piping coffee whilst you wait. I Didn’t finish my coffee because they were that quick. I always return because of their friendly stuff. JP assisted me on two occasions and his spirit and customer service was always stellar. Keep the good work up team. And keeping us on the road worry free.

The owner of the company advised tyres for my vehicle under false intentions of durability and high mileage which only lasted 5 months/6000km. He dont want to take responsibility of hes own failure and lack of knowledge and try to shift the problem to the distributer after the distributer informed that the tyres was not suited for the vehicle. Worst service ever.

At 16h07 on 27 January 2026, I called Supa Quick in Wierda Park and requested assistance with a flat tyre on my vehicle at my office, 1.5 km from them. They told me that they will be with me in a few minutes to assist. I waited until 18h00, and then had to make alternative arrangements to get home and back to the office this morning. Very bad service!!

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.
This business's biggest strength, according to Hellopeter's AI analysis, is Agent Quality & Customer Care. Named consultants are praised repeatedly for patience, friendliness, and going above and beyond. Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency. Customers appreciate premium reductions upon request but complain about unexplained annual increases, hidden excess charges, and debits continuing after cancellation. Transparency at policy inception is a recurring gap.
