Not on.
On 31.12.25 i needed some stuff and first checked their website, which indicated they are open to 17.00 . I live 18 km. from there and on arrival found them closed for the day. That was 36 km travelled for nothing. Could someone please update the website.

Yesterday 31.12.25 i needed some stuff and checked on their website which indicated they are open to 17.00. I live about 18 km fron their and on upon arrival found them closed. This is not how you treat your customers Gelmar, Port Elizabeth.

Terrible Service
We just experienced the worst of service we had at this biltong outlet at Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth. My wife was so badly spoken to, she left the biltong we intended buying on the scale and we left. I suggest that no one support this shop.

Excellent Service.
Visited the Korsten, Gqeberha branch on 09.10.25 for a new card. Was issued with a new one within 7 minutes by a kind gentlemen whose name I did not get.

Exceptional Service
Least a vehicle from 23.08.25 at Cape Town Airport. From day 1 Abrie van Rensburg assured us that they'll stay open until our flight arrived (possible after closing time). Their on-line service works great and we were helped in minutes after arriving. Kudos to Abrie and the rest of the team at Cape Town Airport.

Good flight experience
Flew CT to Schipol on 06.06.24. Very comfortable flight as well as good landing. Everything on time..Cabin crew also very nice and good.

Exceptional and Friendly service
We had an appointment at their Cape Town branch at 11.20am on 02.05.25. We app**** for Visas for 2 persons to visit the Netherlands. Our interview started at 11.10am. and at 11.45am. we left the building. This was the second time we experienced this exceptional and friendly service.

Suggestion.
I cannot understand why I could not be attended to by another attendant than th one who furnished me with a quote the previous day. Two attendants told me that I should go to the one that gave the quote, whilst he said that it is not so.
