This refers specifically to the WIMPY SUNRIDGE in PORT ELIZABETH. Every time I go there and I go often, I get greeted with smiles and HOW ARE YOU etc. The food is excellent and the best coffee ever. I would like to single out one waitress LISA, she knows my name and knows what I normally order. I am 71 years old and use a trolley as a walking aid and Lisa sits me down the takes my trolley and puts it away. I highly recommend this WIMPY. Long may it last

Had issues with Wimpy at gateway serving smaller portions. Asked for breakfast and told waiter I want LOTS of bacon. Meal came with lots of bacon so was happy. But bill came and waiter had charged me R17 for extra bacon. Ruined it. Still no response from Wimpy after my last complaint

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received today at Wimpy. My partner and I visited the restaurant expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately the service was very poor. We noticed that the staff seemed to give more attention to white customers while we were left waiting for assistancewe went in and choose a table with no 1 attending to us,the table was dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. In addition, the toilets were extremely dirty and not properly maintained, with water all over the floor,which is not acceptable for a restaurant environment. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and equality regardless of race, and we also expect basic cleanliness standards to be maintained. With evidence pictures if needed,The tea was cold I hope management will take this complaint seriously and address these issues so that other customers do not have the same experience. Went to Wimpy Makro Woomead paid with my Rewards money which is R204 it went through but when l was about to leave the lady who was helping me came to me and say it didn't go through had to pay cash again but my Reward money was deducted which means I paid twice been trying my best to get my Rewards money back but unfortunately nothing is happening have emailed the more than 4 times just getting case numbers only nothing else

Ate at Wimpy gateway this morning. Ordered the usual breakfast with sausages, bacon, eggs and toast. Was stunned by the downsizing- the sausages were much smaller and the 2 bacon pieces were tiny. Price the same. Very disappointing as I eat there often.

We love Wimpy restaurants, but lately we encounter more and more shocking poor slow service The 2 waiters ( yes both introduced them as our waiter ) were basically non existent. We said outside where there were 2 other tables with guests inside only 1 table The male waiter spoke so soft one even couldn’t hear him and even with asking to speak up he didn’t, the lady waitress was better but very absent and if outside avoided eyecontact Food came aprox 50 minutes after ordering Both were small orders The food was nice , but service destroyed the expperience
