I bought a product on 30 Jan 2026. Delivery was said to be by 13 Feb. I contacted them on 11 Feb because no updates on the tracking. All of a sudden there was an update, after I contacted them, on 9 Feb stating that customs duties payment was requested. I never received any request. The tracking number does not appear on any tracking website, so I have no idea who the carrier is. I requested a refund and all they keep saying is that the package is held at customs waiting for payment. Does anyone have a number to call for south african customs?

I had to also share my experience. Do not waste you money buying from them. There products seem cheaper than in SA, but you never get it. Save yourself the money and rather by local (SA). Their service is actually not even worth giving a star. When they prompt you to take a return because you did not receive your parcel, you ask for it, then it comes back with delivery was made at your nearest Post Office, (WHAT A JOKE)

ordered 4 items for first time on aliexpress. Received customs invoice from speedaf for 62% of purchase price of item. I paid this thinking it was the full and final customs for all items. then received another customs invoice for 2nd item for 25% of purchase price. this is ridiculous as I could have bought these items much cheaper locally. total ****.
