Sterns Musina, Limpopo. To the lady Evodia working there, thank you. You go beyond the extra mile and always treat us like royalty. Your professional and kind demeanour is very rare in today's world. You are probably the only reason we go back time after time.

Excellent service received from Raquel at Eurasian Entertainment. She definitely went the extra mile or two in addressing my needs and concerns. She also keeps me updated via email and whatsapp to the order I placed. Hoping to do a lot more business with them.

Aramex never delivers
On the 2nd of February GHA sent my package via ARAMEX. It was sent, according to their records as an overnight package. On the 15th of February I still have not received my package, when I asked the lady who sent it she says that Aramex claims I received it on the 9th already. The delivery address was for Musina yet on their records a John sighed for it in Polokwane. I still have not received my package - my delivery address on the package is correct, so too my contact number. They let me know that the ARAMEX driver will be in Musina to day and will see me, it is now almost 4pm and nobody has been here. This company did not even have the decency to phone me after I complained, they have no idea where my package is. How is this acceptable? I have screenshots of all their data before they try to change it.

Musina Nando's puts their customers first!
I ordered Nando's today. I received my order with one item short. After a quick phone call to Nando's Musina branch they quicky resolved my problem and I got the missing item. Mr Price Home Mall of the North overcharges
<p>On the 25/08/2016 friend of ours was in Polokwane, I asked them to pick up a new water bowl and food bowl for my dogs at Mr Price Home. They did, the water bowl priced R139.99 and the food bowl priced R159.99....However when I received the package from my friends (who did not know really what they where getting me) I was charged R159.99 twice for 2 food dispensers and an additional RR39.99 for a pet water bottle.....however according to the items I received (as you can see in the photos) is not the case....I contacted them via their facebook page in order to send through the photos so they can see what happened and up to today I have received no answer from them....in effect they overcharged me with R59.99 - how is this fair?</p>

Consumer nightmare!!!
<p>Went to shoprite to buy various goods. Bought a roasting pan, on shelf description matched the product and price was R59.99 - when processed by the till price R89.99 - when asking for assistance - nobody available to help and they just talk to one another in their own language....</p>
