PPG25081242034 Sent a package letter on 25 February 2026 from Johannesburg to Rome and has not yet arrived still in transit after sending numerous live chats and whatsapp due to delays in transit connection/capacity issues. Appreciated if can escalate and send as a priority as its delivery has been delayed and not yet delivered.

Contacting the call centre is an absolute nightmare!!!! The agents are rude and unprofessional, I don't even know how it is possible to hire individuals who have no sense of customer service. I didn't even manage to get her name because she spoke very unclearly, asking her questions seemed like an irritation to her. Get people who actually care to work and deal with PAYING CUSTOMERS not rude and abrupt individuals!!!

Your service SUCKS!!! You send me an update that my parcel is out for delivery on 12 March. I sit and wait the whole day without anything arriving. Then I use your Whatsapp app WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY REPSONSES!! This morning you eventually responded on Whatsapp telling me the parcel is out for delivery. Will I again have to sit and wait the whole day for nothing to arrive>??

We have tried for a week to get an item delivered. The call Centre is of no help. The drivers just don't deliver or call the receiver. They just mark it as no one home and voicemail. Let's not bother with the customer.

Terrible service!!!!! The worst!! I dropped off the package on the 8th March 2026. The person only collected the package today on the 12th March 2026. I asked that they leave the package in the shop as I will take this package myself and deliver it to the customer. They took the product and now it is going to their dispatch warehouse. They dont want to bring back the product to the store. I texted them on the whatsapp chat. They opened the chat at 12:21 and said they cant find my tracking number and even before i could respond, they closed the chat. Its not the first time they do this. Last time they took my package to cape town, where it was supposed to go to johannesburg.

I have NEVER experienced such a frustrating and *********** delivery service. I’ve spent the entire week trying to get an answer about my shipment and it has been an exercise in sheer incompetence and bad customer service. - I’ve logged three support tickets (all returning the same reference PRY/0326/43) and sent multiple emails, with no response - I’ve left multiple comments on social media, yet they are either ignored or hidden. Other customers’ complaints are answered, but mine, despite repeated attempts, is completely dismissed. - Their WhatsApp bot is useless — I can only follow prompts and cannot type my actual problem. - The live chat was finally accessed, but the agent Tender abruptly closed the chat without responding to my last message. Now I can’t even start a new chat. - I've emailed them at ALL_JNB_EXP_Detained_Cargo@aramex.com with no response - I've also phoned them and was told the following: Aramex claims delays are due to unrest, but my package is listed on multiple tracking sites as having left Hong Kong on 28 February. Despite this, their system still shows it as “in transit to South Africa” or “still in China,” even though it was scanned in Sandton and multiple times in Johannesburg. After 3 days of spending countless hours trying to get an update, I was told to just wait it out. This level of service is unacceptable. I PAID for a delivery service, not to be ignored, misinformed, or forced to spend days chasing basic updates. Aramex’s system, processes, and customer care are a complete failure. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them. If you value your parcel, do not trust this company. My experience has been a week of stress, confusion, and sheer incompetence.

On [4th February 2026], I entrusted Aramex with the delivery of my parcel to the following address: [St Albans Maximum, Private Bag X6055 Old Cape Road 6000 in Port Elizabeth]. However, the tracking status indicates that the parcel was delivered to an incorrect address in Johannesburg I request that you: 1. Investigate this matter urgently and provide a detailed report on the circumstances surrounding the incorrect delivery. 2. Locate the parcel and arrange for it to be re-routed to the original delivery address in Port Elizabeth within the next 48 hours. 3. Provide a written apology for the error and confirm in writing the actions you will take to prevent similar errors in future. 4. Inform me of any additional steps I need to take to facilitate the re-delivery of my parcel. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this issue.
