BAD SERVICE- PARCEL NOT COLLECTED FOR 3 DAYS

Started using Aramex a month ago, service was always prompt and progress updated , so you have a reasonable timeline in mind for customer orders being processed. My last order was a HUGE mess up on Aramex my order was submitted and ready for collection on the 19th of May... When I enquired where my package was , the consultant just advised , oh we didn't it at the depot..So for 3 days , Aramex just didn't collect the order`!!!! I went back to the store on the 3rd day and my package was still there ???

So I had to select another courier service ... wasted cost , as I had to take out my package out !! No one seems to have a explanation on why this order didn't move , or wasn't collected at all. This is really BAD service, which can not be tolerated on any level
