Recently purchased a 4-pack of vapes that were on special from OneDayOnly. 3 of the 4 devices begin leaking before the tank was even half empty. 2 of them now refuse to switch on or charge at all. The leaking is so bad the charging port is full of liquid. I have reached out to Keystone directly and to OneDayOnly and was met with silence. I DO NOT recommend anyone waste their money on these devices.

I needed to return an item. The item took almost three weeks to be delivered while I was away on holiday. I was told that I had seven days from delivery. I was only able to collect the item after I came back from holiday. How is it possible to be given ample time to collect the product but returns are calculated from when it was delivered? This is a very poor and rigid policy. No business from me ever again from this faceless company with no contact number.

Do not purchase anything from OneDayOnly – worst service I’ve experienced. I received a defective item on 6 March 2026 and logged a return the same day. After multiple follow-ups and very little communication, I was only informed on 13 March that the item would be collected. The supplier received the item on 16 March, and now I’m being told I must wait an additional 10–14 business days just for assessment. This means a return for a faulty product could take over a month to resolve — which is completely unacceptable. Do not purchase anything from OneDayOnly – worst service I’ve experienced. I received a defective item on 6 March 2026 and logged a return the same day. After multiple follow-ups and very little communication, I was only informed on 13 March that the item would be collected. Pathetic ******* company that *****s money!! I purchased a Ecovacs Deebot T30c pro omni which constantly leaks at the base station no matter how many times debris is cleaned off the trays or pipe or seals. It just causes water stains and it is a shock hazard as it is right next to the electric socket. I sent the product back to Onedayonly requesting a refund as i paid a R10068 which is a HUGE SUM for a faulty product, only for them to take several weeks and after I escalated the matter, they told me they sent the unit for assessment at the supplier ECOVACS and there is "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE UNIT" so they will be sending it back to me and my refund is denied. Bear in mind I bought this robot mop vacuum less than 2 months ago. PATHETIC SERVICE AND THEY SPEW UTTER LIES. THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS HIGH END PRODUCTS AS THEY DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE SALE. THEY WILL COME WITH ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES. STAY AWAY FROM ONEDAYONLY!!!!

Recentley bought some items at OnedayOnly for my girlfriend - This is not the first time and I will defenetly buy from them again - smooth ordering and I like the lockers for some simple and conveneient pickup. Keep up the good work guys - I love shopping at your place

Extremely disappointed. I bought a R3000 watch as a birthday gift which arrived with a detached hand (visible through the glass). I reported it immediately. It has been 10 business days since my report and 4 days since they collected the item, yet they are still "assessing" a visible defect and "waiting for suppliers."OneDayOnly is happy to take your money instantly but hides behind "supplier processes" when they send you broken goods. As per the CPA, I have a right to a replacement or refund, yet I am still waiting. First and last time I use this site for anything high-value.Order #8429971

I would like to raise my concern regarding the lack of clear feedback from OneDayOnly after logging a return request on 6 March 2026 for Order#8471084 I purchased an Ecovacs Deebot N30 Pro Omni robot vacuum, which I collected from courier 08:30 on 6 March 2026. I returned home and began unboxing and the setup process at approximately 14:00. The device successfully completed mapping my home, but when the cleaning cycle started at around 14:40, the unit displayed an “LDS Malfunction” error and stopped operating. I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided in the Deebot application, but the issue could not be resolved. As this occurred within minutes of first use, this is clearly an out-of-box failure and the unit is defective. I logged a call Friday 6 March 2026 15:20pm, While I have received automated correspondence, the instructions regarding the next steps of return process are unclear, and I have not received any direct feedback regarding the return logged on 6 March 2026. On the 6 March 2026, 15:58 I have submitted all the relevant photos and video on WhatsApp and email as requested by OneDayOnly. As this product is defective, I would request a replacement unit, or alternatively a full refund should a replacement not be available. Given this experience, I must unfortunately note that it has been extremely disappointing, and lengthy turnaround time, it is very likely that this will be the last time I purchase anything from OneDayOnly!!
