Dishonest unreliable ridiculously long delivery times
Absolute joke. Long SLA delivery times which they do not stick to. I used them once years ago it was so bad I swore never again. I never got the item or a refund! I saw a special bed for my dog a month ago and decided to take another chance as the bed would be so helpful to him. Again I am let down... no bed all these weeks later. You cannot trust this company don't buy anything unless you don't mind if if ever arrives.0 replies

APPALLING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Never in my life have I had such a bad customer experience with basic delivery and returns. The damaged item I'm trying to return isn't even worth the cost of the time stress and energy trying to get it sorted has taken up. I'll never shop with them again.0 replies

FNB FRAUD TEAM NOT HANDLING
I’ve been trying to resolve a fraud issue since last year Oct/Nov. Hours in the branch, hours on the line to the wrong departments and hold, still nothing. This is bordering on theft guys! I’ve been told by your own staff to reach out here!! PLEASE contact me1 reply
