Onedayonly not acknowledging delivery, thus cannot return wrong product.

They delivered a product but did not indicate it on the App. It was the wrong product. With them not acknowledging delivery. I cannot return the product. I cannot reach them. Help Centre is automated. I did email with no response. Please do not trust or use this online shop.
