I bought two tracking watches for my sons. It arrived and I put in on charge as per instructions. The watch turned on for a second then turned back off again. Both did the same thing. Could not function at all. I sent it back and it was confirmed that it reached the supplier on 29 January already. As to date I have not been refunded and no further communication received. Please beware of OneDayOnly. Their customer service is shocking. Next step - reporting to consumer protection.
If I could I would give a negative score. I ordered parts for my Xiomi robot vacuum. Actually ordered two sets of the parts. It took like two months to deliver. When it finally came, the parts did not fit my model. I sent it back as I was advised. I still have not received my money back. This is the most UNreliable online store. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Products aren't what they are set out to be and you will never see your money again!
My contract was on Red flexi 410 for R356.52 pm. I got my last statement in October 2022. Then I receive no statements until receiving one in January 2023. Suddenly contract was changed from flexi 410 to flexi 510 for amount of R495.65 pm. Somewhere I got a call from Vodacom and the sales lady told me I could change my contract at NO EXTRA COST and get MORE airtime. I asked her MULTIPLE times if my contract premium would change whereas she ensured me it would not. This is NOT the first time Vodacom has blatantly **** to me and several other people I have spoken to. I would appreciate a call from someone in management to set this right as I have NOT been informed correctly and should nothing be done I will take this matter to TCF as this is NOT in line with TCF.
I am just completely and utterly shocked. So I am pregnant with our third baby. Had to take the down syndrome blood test which the scheme does not pay. It got paid from our Savings account. upon enquiry it came to my attention is was not paid by the scheme because I have a low risk pregnancy. I mean HOW does this work? I get penalised for having a low risk pregnancy. Please Discovery, explain to me how your logic works.
I want to upgrade, after being called by Vodacom MULTIPLE times to upgrade. I have been told my portfolio does not support upgrading. They lodged a request to upgrade and it was closed without ANY reason. I cannot comprehend how Vodacom can nag me to upgrade and when I finally decide to upgrade, they are so useless. I really am so fed up.
I upgraded in January and for Feb I have been charged with 2 handset installment fees. I was not informed of this beforehand and feel this is unacceptable and would like to know how this accounts to treating customers fairly? Your urgent response would be much appreciated.
This is not the first time I have screwed over by the most terrible company in the world. I upgraded our data bundle and specifically asked the sales person if there would be any extra costs apart from the higher monthly premium. He assured me there would be NOTHING. He even phoned head office and they confirmed. Today I got surprized by R948.50 that got deducted from my account. This is totally unacceptable and should telkom not respond to this I will be going straight to consumer protection. Telkom truly is the most pathetic network in South Africa. It now makes sense why they offer the good deals they do because the are screwing people left right and center. I would appreciate to be reinbursed and contacted from someone other than a sales person.
We arrived 10minutes after check in closed still half hour before departure. The people at skywize had NO sympathy and did not even try to get us onto our booked flight that we paid a lot of money for. I believe that something could've been done in this case as it was not our fault we were late. I will NEVER EVER FLY or even recommend this excuse of an airline to anyone.
We have had this same problem with Snowball before where our internet is down and all they say is \sorry we are too busy". Our internet has been off since Monday morning. Being a transport company"
