The worst experience in my entire life in the bank .I 'am not banking with Nedbank but my husband is banking with Nedbank and the experience we had yesterday from a whole Branch manager and staff member in the branch was the worst service ever ,my husband was there to collect he's card because he received an SMS I was around in the mall so, he called when I arrived at the branch he told me he's been sitting there for like an hour and its like there 's only one person on counter the service was terrible ,the aircon is not working aswell .I approached the lady while she was coming from the back to ask who is going to assist us and how long must we wait she told me to sit down and wait for the person that will assist us with attitude .I than sat down but i went back again to the lady she now told me but i just told you to sit down giving me funny looks while speaking to me as if she is talking to her friend i requested the manager she repeated again just sit down i than lost it i eventually saw the momager and complained about this lady and Infront of the manager she told me she does not care if I decide to go complain what's so, shocking is the manager continued as if there's nothing wrong while he's staff is talking to me as if am a ******* bin Infront of my husband and the other clients waiting to be assisted in the queue. What shook me more is that the Branch Manager was not even interested while i was unhappy with the staff member that was busy telling me she does not care i can go and complain about her .My husband asked the manager if he can send me to collect the card he said no, he needs to scan him and do all verification so, I cant collect on he's behalf and what's funny is that the SMS stated that my husband can send someone to collect the card with confirmation .I than left the branch very upset after a few minutes my husband called me to tell me the card was handed over without verification on the system or even a pin not even an apology for making him wait for WHAT??? Nedbank staff needs to be send for training. Their need to remember without us she wont receive her SALARY because my husband pays her salary without us as the clients Nedbank wont exist .The service in Nedbank **** SERVICE and I 'am not the only one complaining about the service friends ,family members and my colleagues we share the same frustrations when it comes to this bank forgetting this is not a ****a shop but a professional .The lady with attitude is Maria Ramelo apparently
Am so, disappointed with the Bank .I don't know if I should call it a bank or a Circus or a ****a Shop because half the staff there don't know what their doing and when you call to complain nobody listens, When you request to speak to a Manager the managers are not available .This is my second time coming to this platform to complain about African Bank .I even told the lady Khesani Mathonsi that i have been calling the complains department and everybody is doing their own thing African bank staff and management don't value their clients and what 's sad is i have investments with this company and this is how am being treated I 'am even asking myself is my money safe with this people, did I make the right decision .I called the call center 5times and still am not being heard I was told that Caroline Lesawana Team leader will call me ,Anelia Hartzenburg Manager will call me this is when I spoke to Khesani Mathonsi from the 7 June 2025 until today no, one has callee me even the CEO does not care about the company that's why African Bank will never be one of the Major banks in SOUTH AFRICA
I 'am so, disgusted by the service that I received from the African Bank Investment Call Centre I went to the branch in Protea Glen on the 27 May 2025 to request funds from my Tax Free account. I spoke to the agent at the Investment department over the phone because the request is done in the branch but over the phone .He told me that Fica needs to be done so, there's a hold on my Investment account .He than requested to speak to the agent in the branch to rectify and send the request for the hold to be removed .The lady than assisted me to remove the hold than she came back to the phone told the agent that the hold has been removed he than told her that the hold does not show removed from he's side .He than reassured me that he will call me and I should not worry the hold will be removed than he will do the notice in the morning and it will take a day or so, the money will be in my account I waited no, call. I than went to the branch Thursday only to find that the hold is still there and no ,notice was placed .The reason I needed that money was for petrol to go bury my Grandmother I 'am so, disappointed with the service I received form African Bank .I just lost my grandmother and now I had to deal with **** service from people that are being paid for free .That's why allot of people don't bank with African Bank now I see why . African Bank Employee's your service is DISGUSTING I made a mistake because I did not write down he's name but the next day there's a sms that came through with a Ref number 9464561031
Am so, disappointed with the service plus the quality of good that this company is selling to us as consumers the reason why their have 1year warranty on the goods it's just to bluff us to think their care meanwhile their know that after this one year when it falls of you going to pay money for fixing the same thing four times and on top of that the consultants to even tell you that accessories are not covered when it gets damaged .I 'am so, frustrated ever since I bought the water pressure with Tevo it's been hell with the same pipe getting damaged the same way after fixing it I would just stay 3months to four months than that pipe is damaged again and the price for fixing gets increased every time you take that thing in for repair and to get through to the call Centre you hold for like an hour to be get service its so, frustrating I will never ever buy anything that is from this brand I have been using appliances from companies and I have never been frustrated by those appliances but this one its quantity not quality

I was the store purchased a slap of chocolate on the 16 Aug 2022 at 14:48 assisted by a very rude guy called Taolo Moatlhudi to cut the story short he was busy talking to the lady colleague about how he can **** her and do a doggy style infront of me and did not even acknowledged me as a client .I was called in the office of the store manager because I complained about this and this is what the manager said there is no proof of this and he apologised but still stated he does not see anything wrong in what he's staff members where talking about if it was him he could just laughed if off why should I stress about something that was not said to me .And when I requested for an apology he than said he cant force them to apologize and plus there is no proof that shows that this accident took place in the store .The same staff member that spoke spoke about doggy style asked me what proof do I have because am lying he told me this infront of the manager .I have never seen such rude behaiviour and such a store manager that lets staff members be rude in he's presence.The store did not even seem sorry even when he apologised because he kept saying things like this happen and why should I take this personal or maybe I have a personal grugde against he's staff members .Boxer Trade Route is a real ****a shop.I have never experienced such bad service like this ever in my life especially from a senior person who is suppossed to be the pillar of the branch but instead he's the one pushing the rude behavior

Nandos Maponya Mall you service your clients as if you doing them a favour .Management please educate your staff on how to treat clients and please when a client orders something dont tell your clients you cant ..You never say no and I cant to a clients NEVER !!<br> <br> <br> HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!
