Just been to Game Keywest to hand in a Bennet Read Iron the receding at Game excellent staff, and the Tevo representative KGOPOTDO an extra ordinary person who goes out of his way to help customers. Thumbs up to both.

So many years ago a good friend of mine Gary Bennet worked for Tevo, although and very sadly we lost Gary to cancer he introduced me to some amazing products, one in particular was a "nutribullet" which I have owned and used for many years, sadly its lifetime has come to an end and I happily went in search of buying a replacement. The design is still the same with a minor adjustment and a drop in power. I bought the product and the very first time I used it the lid of the container leaked in the machine. I then tried to un***** the lid and it became cross threaded. Every time I now use it, I experience the same failure. I tried to call the customer care line and waited for 45 minutes the first time and got cut off, I am now on hold again and its now 18 min 44 and they hung up on me. Paul if you get to see this, you have built a massive company but customer care is an important component. Don't let the lack thereof destroy your efforts. I am happy to speak to anyone in the company who gives a dam and can fix my issue.

If it was possible I would give a -10 review. I bought appliances at this store and as soon as I started using the kettle it was already faulty. The guys working at the store in Wonderboom **** to me and said the warranty is two years only to find out that refurb models warranty is only 3 months. I am so angry right now I threw this stupid bennet read kettle into the ******* bin. Worst store ever. Go buy proper appliances at trusted stores and not this ****s who sell faulty appliances and telling us they are demo models only to find out it’s just *******.

I've made countless phone calls, sent a number of emails but Tevo's (and Bennett Read's) customer service is NON EXISTENT! All I want is a replacement battery for my Bennett Read Alphabot Max, but it seems impossible. They are *********** and I would definitely not recommend.

We bought a Bennett Read swift hand vacuum at Makro in Germiston on the 6th of June 2025...used it I would say about 8 times because even though it is fully charged it lasts about, actually hilarious, 2 minutes! Then it goes flat! Hence why it became an ornament... this morning as dead as rock. Paid nearly R800.00 for this poor quality, non existence working condition. I will make my way back to Makro during the week.... and for sure I want a product of better quality... or back in working and lasting condition. I am definitely no longer a fan of Bennett Read after buying alot of their products!

Putting this on Makro Tevo and Bennet Read. I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service I’ve received regarding the tumble dryer I purchased from Makro. After dealing with an issue that required the unit to be repaired, I had to endure a week-long wait. Fast forward six months, and the same ridiculous noises returned. I logged a call before it completely broke down, thinking this would resolve the matter efficiently. Instead, this is where everything went horribly wrong. They took the unit away and assured me I would have it back in two days. Well, those two days turned into over a week due to the holidays. After countless follow-ups, the unit was finally returned, only to break down again just two days later! The drum stopped turning, prompting yet another phone call. The representative on the other end was clearly irritated with me, and when I finally spoke to the technician, he was just as dismissive. After I explained the issue, he agreed to send someone out to fix it. Then, to add insult to injury, I started experiencing new problems: the unit would just shut off, and there was no water in the bowl, which is completely unacceptable! When I called again, the booking lady had the audacity to suggest that I didn’t know what I was talking about, despite the technician supposedly fixing the issues. At this point, I decided to take my concerns directly to Makro, where the staff were at least polite and apologized for the terrible service from Tevo. Three days later, the technician arrived and was baffled by the water issue. They asked me to make a video and send it to them. Miraculously, after their visit, the water started filling up in the chamber again for the first time in over ten cycles. However, the problem of the unit resetting itself has only gotten worse. I sent the video to the technician, and now, a week later, I follow up only to find out that the ticket has been closed! I’m sitting here waiting for a call that will never come. When I message the technician, I’m told I must contact the head office myself. This is now the fifth repair attempt on this unit, and this is absolutely unacceptable! I will not tolerate this any longer and will be escalating this matter to the ombudsman if this isn’t resolved immediately. This situation is ridiculous. I expect urgent action.
