Poor Service Bennet read
I Purchased a Bennet Read High Pressure cleaner from Kloppers in George in Jan 2026. The machine works well. In April the plastic water connection for the hose broke as it is a very weak plastic part. On the 10th Of April I send a mail to Bennet Read service center, they responded on the 13th asking for a photo of the part to replaced....I have to pay for it although the machine is only 4 month old so the warranty means nothing. I did not even have a big issue about that I would gladly pay for the part as I want to use the machine. I even went so far as to ask them to quote me on more than one part as it is such a week part it is bound to break again. I send the photo back on the 13th April the same day. On the 22 of April I send a mail again asking for the quotation no response. On the 30th I send a mail again and got a out of office resonance with contact info for different service departments and parts centers!!! This is not what I have asked. Is it impossible for Bennet Read to get this simple task done! I am very disappointed with the service that I have received so far from them and would not recommend there brand to any of my friends or family.

Pathetic Assistance Vodacom shop Heidelberg Mall Gauteng
About 2 month back I transferred or tried to transfer my business cell phone contract to my personal name as I have resigned at my current employer but wanted to keep the number-for various reasons. I handed in all the relevant documentation from my company for the transaction to be done, one of the ladies in the Heidelberg Mall Vodacom shop assisted me and asked me to complete some more information which I did. For some reason unknown the person did not submit any of my paperwork at all. the ignore me flat out and do not come back to assist me so that this can be sorted out. My old employer wants to cut the line now as they no longer will pay for the contract which makes perfect cense!! I am sick and tiered of there lame manner in which they have tried to assist me. it seems that they know they are a big company and no one can take them on. How Pathetic is that!!!!!
