I ordered online through old khaki in September it was meant to be delivered in Gateway mall Durban but till today i haven't received it No communication from the company or store They online tracking system is still saying out for delivery for the last 7days No one is giving me any feed back I have sent emails to they customer service no one is saying anything besides thay will get bak to me Yesterday I spoke to a Requel on the phone from customer service who was going to get back to me but never did The service is insanely poor I dnt know if my order was lost or they are just plain old ****** This is very unexpected from such a big company Its so frustrating honestly
Mr Price click and collect is the worst thing ever It takes over 14days days to go collect my item Even though its been shipped im told i could wait another 7days But when i ordered it told me on the 16th it will be ready for collection I truly do believe you guys most get with the times or leave the online industry to people who know how to play it Its absolutely ridiculous So basically i click and collect can take 4weeks I dnt recommend anyone to use these services Its really sucks
I had the worst experience with you guys I ordered food via UberEats, my address is straight forward with the office name in big and bold The guys goes to tue wrong side of the buildings I try texting him, he then send a picture with my food on the floor i walk around to go to that side of the building now and i try to flag him and he drives of 1st of all he was not in the correct address but now i would like yo know who then keeps my money or my food UberEats says thy cant refund me then Nando's where did my food go cause it then should be returned to the uMhlanga gateway Nando's or am i feeding UberEats drivers now Cause this guy went to the wrong address on purpose then Then UberEats tells me thy wont refund my 125rand
Im very disappointed with this store in the last 3days I have made 2 online purchases One of which they claim to not have stock of Which I really don't buy cause it means they are false advertisers. But that's not only when it's time to refund my money it's somehow put in my clicks club card and that has just made it worse Yourl advertise a product, I pay for it then in 24hrs yourl tell me your don't have the product then now I'm forced to go shop with you guys cause your decided to refund my money in your club card I want my money back so I can go do my purchase in stores where no false adverti*****ts are being put up for customers
Hey please assist me! I worked for this company in 2015 Till today I'm unable to get a rewards cards nor an account I have lost out on promotions which means money for me Today a good lady from your cell phone corner Nosipho at your Gateway branch tried so hard to assist me she was on the phone with your customer service, your staff account departments and this is back and forth she was then asked to try your support after 30min And still my issue hasn't been solved From 2015 till December 2023 Please solve this urgently

Greetings I would like to be assisted please Today at around 14:20 till number 9 a lady by the name of Nomfundo has delivered the most poor service to me I would like to believe that it's cause I questioned her work ethic I did speak to the lady who was tagged as the brunch manager of the store and she listened to but didn't take my details down The cashier some how feels it ok to have attitude towards customers even when I walked away she continued to address the lady who packs for Saying she is not the one who got me pregnant therefore I shouldnt be giving her attitude ,I did explain to the manager as to how the "argument" started Firstly I'm not pregnant but even if I was it would not be her business to shout on top of her voice in the store Telling her fellow colleagues how she didn't get me pregnant I will patiently wait for the response and the evidence of my pregnancy before I take this further I need her to give me and show me my pregnancy results

Good day On the 03/12/21 My sister made a purchase at your Ballito Junction brunch and the Assistant ddnt give her change back by mistake I would think Ballito is far from her at the moment I have tried to call the store with no luck from that day We have the slip and I would believe her till point will have been over on that day Duduzile (Dumdl) is the assistants name We have tried so many times to call but the phones are not answered Left our contact details on the 03/12/21 Reference number CR5390146A We still waiting for you guys to get back to us
