I went there to buy a pair of shoes and the cashier offered me a spray claiming that it's gonna protect the shoes and I rejected it and and went on to tell him that I know those things don't work and asked him to hurry as we were in a hurry, my wife paid and we left, to our suprise when I wore the shoes some 5 days later, the spray was in the plastic and the mother****er had charged us 300 for that stupid spray we had rejected.

Bought a moulded two strap slide gold in colour on the 3rd of October believe me when I say I’ve worn this shoes 5 times since bought them. The quality is very poor the gold material used is peeling off the shoe is bad what a waste of my money. I am very disappointed

TFG cellphone insurance is a complete ****. Claim was sent in on 31/01/2026 but till this date, I have not received the device. I sent in all the requested documents, received a sms that claim is approved but when I went in store, there was no claim on their system. They are just playing senseless games.

I got an outstanding service from Lesego Mahapa from Foschini Mall of the North, just 10 minutes before the store closes, please let him know that he is doing an excellent job, I phoned looking for a dress with just a description he found it within 3 minutes and also checked for me from other branches, he deserves his flowers

I herewith wish to compliment you on the service I experienced at The Glen Mall yesterday, Saturday 21 February 2026. The young man called Xolani was amazing and I ended up spending more than R2000 at your shop when, in fact, what I went there for you did not have and I could have left. I was there by accident, so was not going to buy anything. He made me feel like I had my very own personal stylist. He was not pushy at all and exercised perfect restraint, so I never felt like he was always in my space. It was like he knew exactly what to do and when. He went out of his way to go around the store and find me the items I then tried on and purchased. He even gave me advice on colours and styles. Well done on having someone like that on your team! This is someone you should definitely consider grooming for greater heights by investing in developing his talents further. He has the right energy and attitude, which is something rare in businesses today, especially from such a young person. He is a real asset to your company.

I went to Sportscene to claim for my damaged phone but had lost the box and insurance documents. I was told to contact the insurance company for my policy number. Throughout this process, I kept contacting them, and each time they gave me a reference number. However, they often sent incomplete details, and after speaking to me. When I followed up, I was told some references were closed - clearly delaying the process so they could later claim I submitted my claim late, all while continuing to deduct insurance premiums. Later, they sent the cancellation letter with the policy number I had been waiting for, showing this was done intentionally. The delay was caused by waiting for the correct policy details from them. I am requesting assistance and clarification.
