I didn’t consent anymore to activate a magazine on my account, and I don’t want any magazines added in my account Make sure you pay back my money back into my account When u call the store no one gives me a clear explanation of what happened and who added the magazines on my account. The money that you have been taking must be credited back into my account and a statement must be sent to me

I am at foschini Nonesi Mall in Queenstown.I saw a bag next to a sticker that says 30% off.Now they say that bagnot on promotion that its only selected items when the bags are right where the sticker that says 30%.I spoke to Bongiwe who is an admin who then referred me Nombeko who is a store manager as I wanted the bag with that 30% off who told me they cant give that bag at 30% despite what the sticker says.their customer service said they must resolve it at store level which they refused.As a customer I want that bag with that 30% off that draw my attention to the bags.These people you cannot trust bcs we buy what we see and the the percentage off attracted me.they cant tell me they cannot resolve this

TFG authorized a *****ulent account in my name. Call centre agent called me to confirm if I opened an account with Exact, I told her I have TFG account I don’t need exact account since they under one Group. I told her that the account that’s in my name is *****ulent. Few days later I received policy documents, I sent an email back to TFG informing them I have not opened this policy they ignored my email. I’ve recently find out that an amount of R8000 was spent on this *****ulent account, I’m expected to start paying for it in June. Worst part is that my credit profile was impacted by this.

I spoke to the floor supervisor at the Parow branch, and unfortunately I must say the experience was very unpleasant. She was not helpful at all and came across as extremely rude during our interaction. I would like this matter to be escalated further, as I do not believe it is acceptable for a supervisor to speak to customers in that manner. This is just to express my dissapointment with how our query has been handle, i need to know the next step or if i go legal with this, last year September my son won a Bursary from TGF his face was published on the Magazine up until today the Bursay has not been paid, when we follow up we being send from pillar to post given reference number ls but we are not being assisted at some point my Mom whos tye account holder was told that my son does not reflect as the owner, we send them proff of everything why was he published if he was not a winner, i would really appreciate feedback on this , Regards Yolani 0796003668

Upon collecting a Pargo parcel the cashier at the till seemed off and very distant with no real effort to assist me and moving like she's got all the time in the world.The incident was reported to their customer service however the apologies is of such a nature my 7 year old can do better.This is the customer service you get when the experience is of a very low quality to respect customers time.I will never buy or set foot in a Foschini store ever again
