Had great service from a lady named Nicci in the restaurant at Indaba Lodge... She assisted us with the Reservations and even helped us choose the best meals from the menu. For the first time, I have experienced such good service at that restaurant

Spoke to Aphiwe Chagi. He called and called me prior to me taking out my insurance,once I took the insurance and tried emailing him to tell him that he put in the wrong physical address on my cover her NEVER responded till today. He also told me that I will get an INSTANT discount if I activate smart drive on the app which was not true. Worse of all he said Outsurance gets a special discount on their tracking devices so I should take it with them. I called Cartrack and this is not true. Absolutely unhappy with this
Logged a called on the 19/02/2023 for a credit on my account as my fiber was down for three weeks. Vodacom still debited the full amount at the end of the month, also I have made endless calls regarding my credit and they have little to no information to provide me with, all i am told is that they will escalate the problem.
I Recently got assistance from Lezain at Mondo. He was the most professional and friendliest consultant I have ever spoken to at Mondo. He heard everything I had to say, reassured and attended to my situation to my satisfaction. Big Thumbs Up To Him.
Going on 3 weeks now that our fibre line has been down. I have not had any assistance from vodacom. I have called numerous times all they do is say that they sending out a technician and no one arrives!! It's been off from the 27th of January... absolutely unacceptable!!!!
Fiber line is down for 8 days now.Contacted vodacom fiber department numerous times. I was supposed to have a technician get back to me two days ago and nothing.
We have no internet for the past four days no word from vodacom regarding this issue!. The only time you get feedback is when you call, all they have to say is that the area is down.
Placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP and did not receive my order, although it says the order is delivered. I called two different agents and they have not gotten back to me as they said. Extremely disappointed as I don't know what's happening because I have received absolutely no feedback.
been waiting two weeks for Vodacom to install more ports at my premises since there was not enough for the instillation to take place, I have gotten no feedback from them yet I have been calling almost everyday . I am also liable to pay this months bill even though my service isn't activated.
