I have a 3 contracts with MTN one expiring this month and the other expiring in November. I wanted to upgrade the one expiring in November but findout that there's a call open on my number. And the data I currently have is not sufficient so I have to load data every day. the call on my number has been open since May this year. I went to Kolonade MTN they said they can't close it, they will log a ticket for it to be closed, this happened on Saturday until today the matter hasn't been resolved. I want all the money I've spent buying data outside the contract because this was done by MTNs incompetency.
This is the worst ford dealer, I serviced my car few weeks ago, few days later I find out there was an oil leak which they didnt tell me about. I took my car back to them Jacques who is service manager promised to give me a quote on parts that needs to be fixed. He promised to get in touch with me on the 9th of this month June 2022 till today he hasn't replied. and the headlight they replaced is no longer working. This is the last email Jacques sent me. <p>On the 19th of June 2017, I was made aware that there has been a fraudulant Vodacom Contract opened using my details. I then reported the metter to Vodacom, of which they promised to get back to me within 24 hours. Since then there has been no communication or what soever, when I call in they tell me the metter is has been escalated to their fraud department. But yesterday I received a call from their agents telling me I owe Vodacom R2000, I told her about the account, of which she said its not recorded on the system that I reported the matter. Vodacom is actually coluding with fraudsters cause this should have been stopped already, and I will have a bad record because of this.</p>
<p>I subcriber for a Telkom contract, "The Big Deal" which has router and sim card with 15GB data package.</p> <p>I was told the sim card will be automatically activated after 48hrs that was (07/03/17) until today 15/03/17 nothing has happened.</p> <p>I wonder if they even train their staff cause they all clueless, even the escalation department gave me inconclusive outcome, they promised to log a call with IT and send me the reference Nr of which didnt happen.</p> <p>Ive been so inconvinienced because Iv had to buy prepaid data which comes at an exobitant price....</p>
