Vodacom I’m super disappointed,how can you flag me as in I’m in arrears on Experian whereas you debited and got your funds, I need you to fix that asap

Having to wait for more than 15 minutes to get through to an agent is crazy and absurd. I just want to know when will the debit order and why you haven’t debited yesis
Metropolitan is quite unbelievable I’ve been waiting for a call back since,my policy got cancelled,for what good reason?Metropolitan is definitely ****ming people,no can explain what happened. I’m extremely disappointed. What must happen now cause I want my policy back.
The service is appalling and very disgusting. I went to Clothing Junction in Philliphi Cape town (The junction mall) , Friday morning to purchase some items for my sister and later that same day went back to return some of the items as they were small and didn't fit her, we were told you can't return things bought the same day and was told to come back the following day for a refund. Went there again today only to be told they don't have cash available. Now I need to go there for the 3rd time for the same thing and not knowing what to expect. It's beyond frustrating yesis I left the store very angry.

It's such a hussle to be assisted and helped at Vodacom. All I need is the funds to be debited ,the full balance that's outstanding on my account on the 25/08/25. My ID no is-9801260782083 ,no-to be reached on-0717294619. No.2 I wanted to know if is it possible to reopen the sim contract that I had with the benefits, not just the simcard only. The service is appalling.
I find absolutely absurd and disgusting that you’d find it acceptable to take your clients for a ride. You never mentioned all this in your rewards that in order to increase your tier by opening your money account you need to make the following “ Inorder for the money account to upper your tier this transactions should be happening in your account . Old Mutual Money Account You must have satisfied the following criteria monthly: Swipes to the value of R1,000 or more; and Five successful debit order transactions of any value; and Maintain a SAVE balance of R3,000 or more throughout the month. As an alternative to meeting the criteria above, you may maintain a savings account balance of at least R50,000 throughout the month. The account must be active, in good standing and not overdrawn.” You only mentioned opening a money account which I did hoping to increase my tier now you are being skelems Old Mutual. I’m very disappointed with Old Mutual banking, it’s been 3 months now waiting to be credited. I purchased airtime on the 24th of January 2025 for R40 (R20 +R20) the transaction went through on my end ,that also reflects on my banking statement but I never received the airtime. I’ve been sent from pillar to post seemingly your administrators don’t know how your process works. I’m so annoyed and very disappointed, I opened this account 3 months ago and I’m just thinking of closing it really.
The debit early than the initial agreed date,that is very disgusting and inconsiderate as that will have a negative effect on one’s credit rating. I’m so disappointed in Fasta.
