Bad Service I’m so disappointed by your service. I was supposed to receive my order on long ago. I called them several times they promised the parcel to be delivered the following day but I didn’t receive it @shein never use this courier company ever they are useless and don't take customers serious.

I recently had a Shein delivery handled by DPD Laser, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They falsely claimed that my address was incomplete, which is simply not true. This same address has been used for deliveries before without any issues. It’s clear that DPD Laser is hiding their lack of capacity and poor service behind these false claims. Instead of taking responsibility, they shift the blame onto customers. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. People should stop supporting this business or any other companies that choose to use them as a delivery partner. Reliable service matters, and DPD Laser has proven they cannot provide it.

I've been waiting 3 days for a parcel from Shein to be delivered. And to my dismay I placed an order with Amazon on Monday and they too used DPD Lazer for their parcel. Every morning I get a message that my parcels are out for delivery and every afternoon around 3 I get a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I'm not home and they could not get hold of me by phone. I've been home 3 days in a row waiting for these parcels. I've got no missed calls on my phone. The photo the driver sent their ofdices of the premises is not even my house. Ive phoned their call center numerous times but nobody seems to be able to resolve the issue. I could maybe understand if it was a one time issue but 2 packages from 2 different companies? I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

Terrible service Poor service🚮. My item was supposed to be delivered on the 22 of May (Friday), when I called them they said they have changed the delivery date it will be delivered on the 25th (Monday) then Monday I called and they said it will be delivered on Wednesday. When I call them today (Wednesday), the item is still in their warehouse. Now Why the **** would they agree to take the Job if they're not gonna deliver ? I hate this ****ing company🚮. I must now make arrangements again..

Terrible service Poor service🚮. I’ve had consistently great service from DPD in the Pretoria area. The delivery driver in our area has become a fami**** face over time, and every interaction has been friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness and respect. I wish I knew his name so I could give him proper credit, because excellent service like this deserves to be recognised. Thank you for always making deliveries such a positive experience.

ZERO STARS. This is not a once-off bad experience. This is how Dawn Wing OPERATES. Poor service is their work ethic. It is built into their culture from management all the way down to the drivers. My parcel (Waybill AC00......) was supposed to be delivered by 18:30. The driver MUDUMELA TALELANI never showed up. Never called. Never communicated. Nothing. Just silence. And here is the worst part: I guarantee that by end of day, a false excuse was logged on their system to clear the delivery off their records. That is what they do. Instead of doing their job, they sit back, do nothing, and then fabricate reasons why the delivery could not happen. Meanwhile the customer is standing at the door waiting like a fool. Drivers are completely comfortable treating customers this way because the company allows it. Nobody is held accountable. Nobody cares. As long as the system shows a log entry, they sleep fine at night. I paid my hard earned money for this. I will not be abused with my own money. To every online shopper in South Africa, if Dawn Wing is assigned to your order, demand a different courier. These people have normalised failure and made it their business model. Dawn Wing you are not a courier company. You are a liability.

Poor service delivery - I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My parcel was originally promised for delivery on Monday, but this has not happened. Every time I contact customer service, a different agent gives me a new delivery date, usually promising same-day delivery — yet none of these promises are ever honoured. It has now been three days, and I still have not received my parcel. This constant misinformation and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase deliveries or be misled repeatedly.

I have been ordering from China for the past 4 years without hastles, but recently that changed the South African Courier service to this company. In February I received an order with 2 missing items. A few weeks ago I received another package with 3 missing items the package had sellotape on not its original seal. When I lay a complaint with them, they always say they don't open packages I must enquire with the merchant from China. They don't even bother to investigate. A very bad courier service
