Bad Service I’m so disappointed by your service. I was supposed to receive my order on long ago. I called them several times they promised the parcel to be delivered the following day but I didn’t receive it @shein never use this courier company ever they are useless and don't take customers serious.
I am not happy with the courier that Shein has used for my order, they attempted to deliver once and they couldn't get hold on me was advised to call the courier and my parcel was confirmed it with them and they promised to deliver the following day which was the 7th of May 2026 they didnt do that i called again the following and I spoke with the person by the name of Martha Makgatho she told me that the parcel is with the warehouse and will send a message to be delivered the following day. They didnt deliver neither updated me also Shein is bit saying anything whereas they can see that the parcel is not delivered yet . Poor service delivery, am not happy at all.
I have been following up on my refund as they have taken my money for 2 months and their router was not working, they came to collect the router and promise that will get my refund within 10 days. I called several time to follow nothing the last they promised to get back to mid day that was last week still nothing.
This is the worse company ever, i called for cancellation after they have taken money form my account of which i lost connection for May, i tried to call for connection and they was no help. I have decided to cancel since i have paid for month i didnt get any connection from. They didnt cancel instead they have taken money again from my account i tried to call the cancellation department again no one is picking up. I dont thin i will get ny refund from them they way they are so unprofessional.
Vodacom sales and customer service very poor, Am very upset as i received a call from Vodacom promising more benefits and savings on the my account only to find out that my billing is up by 500.00, i have called Vodacom several times to reverse the offer on the same day once i saw that my billing is up, was promised to get a call in 24hrs to correct that, even today i have received anything and my query has resolved and on the other had they expect me to pay the amount that i didn't agree on . At the time of the call I asked the person that offered me the benefits what is the catch on these benefits and he said there is no catch Vodacom is looking after their customer only to find out that was a lie.
I had a doctor's account which was handed over to Nicol, Davis & Associates for and operation done in october 2020, amount outstanding was R900 and they want me to pay 1800. they told me I have an account and the payment option that i have to choose after i have chosen the option the lady told me to pay on the same day i told her i told have money on that day and when check the amount required is actually double of the doctor and there is no discount as they claimed to give me. a days after i have recieved an sms treatning they have confirmed my employment and they will proceed with the judgement, I fail to understand
It was the first time using Ram Hand To Hand Courier, they have worst service ever, I waited for my parcel for two weeks and nothing, they called me on Friday the 9th and promise to deliver on Monday, I saw their car next to my house went to them to find out if they have my parcel only to find out it was not dispatched and the guys said I should call their office, when I call my call was attended by the Taylor who was rude when was trying to explain how long I have been waiting for this parcel and as from tomorrow I wont be available for them to deliver. I asked them to make sure that they deliver today as their promise on Friday but was told that they cannot promise to do that. <p>I have had bad experience with FNB, they put my account on debit balance and i tried to contact the call centre tree times and get hold of different people still they have resolve the issue, the issue is that they charged me for unpaid purchase ofwhich the money went off from my bank account and i have been explaining to them that if i dont have money on my account i dont use. The call centre consultants they like they don't know they doing or they don't understand i have also requested to that issue should be excallated to the managers since today they haven't resolve it. They also told me about the facility they have added to my account ofwhich no one iformed me with that the only thing they do is do charge me rdiculous amount which they cannot even tell me what they are for. As per my understanding i should have only three unpaid debit order which are two fineral covers and legawise and stop order to my 32 days notice which can make be on minus of (75*3 + 8.50=233.50) + (175+.3.45=178.45) that should nbe R411.95 instead i have minus of R788.89 when i request an explanation they tell me about the purchases i have made ofwhich when i made those purchases i had money on my account and it was taken and they show balance which include the amount they reserve for the purchase and available balance which exclude the amount for the purchase. Am realy not happy with FNB as this is not the first doing this to me.</p>
