This one star is for shein. Not everything is good quality. I bought 2m phone charger wires. Each 1 stopped working after 2 weeks. It's disposable chargers and I paid alot. Shein also chooses the worst delivery service. Buffalo services are terrible. They came this morning. My phn didn't even ring than they sent a WhatsApp that I'm unavailable to collect my parcel. I even tried calling they ignored my message. Now they want to charge me a second fees. Like 2 min later after I got a WhatsApp message. I have all the call records etc. I don't think I will buy from shein again.

I ordered and paid but they keep requesting me submit the bank verification and I did send them but they keep requesting the verification honestly am scared that my money is gone and my package is still pending payment whereas they deducted my money

I have just received a terrible experience with the carrier company that is working for SHEIN (IMILE Deliveries). I expected my order to be delivered for the 23rd of February 2026 but it never arrived days later on the 4th of March 2026. I received a notification saying the package had been successfully delivered, even though I receive it. I've been informing SHEIN about the matter and they are referring me to IMILE Deliveries who is not even answering their phone. They keep on sending the notifications which say the order has been delivered and I have indicated for several times that I did not receive the order. I will never buy from SHEIN again.

I logged a return with them and I sent wrong items as I had 2 different products to return to different vendors which was SHEIN and Legit and I wrongfully returned the order that was meant for Legit to SHEIN. It’s been over a month since waiting for my items back they refuse to assist me it’s so frustrating

The best online shopping experience. The first time I saw a Shein ad on Facebook, I was very sceptical. I ordered one dress. I wasn't expecting much, but now, years later, Shein is the only place I can find clothes I like for myself.

I requested for a refund last week 18 February on Thursday on Shein and they said Buffalo will come for collection within 5 days yet they haven’t come to pick up the parcel and it’s been almost 14 days waiting for them.
