My husband and I rented a car in 2022 while holidaying in CT. In January 2025 I had to renew my licence disc and I was told I had an admin block for a warrant of arrest in CT After many attempts of trying to get to the bottom of this, I received an email that our hired car's registration got a fine on the 2nd of April 2022. How is a warrant of arrest issued without a summons. Does a fine on a rented car not get deducted off the person's, who rented the car, credit card? I have tried to pay the fine by clicking on the link that was sent in the email and it will not even let me do this. Meantime I cannot get my licence disc. I went to get an affidavit and even the police person said it sounds suspicious
The people working at Makro Market Place have no clue what they are doing. They advertise one thing on their website and send you a completely different item. Then they have the F#@$ing cheek to charge you deliver fee and they so not refund delivery after their f#$@!ing mistake. They falsely advertised and the client has to pay for it. Then they don't look at the order numbers so two of the same items were ordered, both were incorrect because they were different to the picture advertised and one was recollected and refunded and the other is still to be collected AFTER FOUR WEEKS of requesting to be returned. What the f@#!k is the point of the order numbers or are people to dumb to read the order numbers
TT Connect are always good but I had just got my computer guy out 4 days before to configure all the extenders with the routers, I paid him R550 and then TT Connect messed the configuration up and I had to call my computer guy out again and paid another R550. This was very frustrating. Instead of phoning the day before they visit your home, give at least a week's notice. I don't grow money on a tree.
Two friends and I had booked to see the matinee show of Mamma Mia. The friend who had booked the tickets came down with an illness and was unable to attend the show so she clearly stipulated that only her ticket needs to be cancelled. The other friend and I arrived at the show to be told that our tickets were cancelled by ticketmaster as well. You can only communicate with them via email, there's nobody to personally help you. Absolutely shocking. They cannot even read emails properly. What kind of people work for this company....clearly they don't care about their customers
This App is completely *********. Watch out. They respond immediately when you inquire about purchasing their program. They then ***** your money three months down the line from your account without any reminder or notification asking if you wish to renew the program or not so you lose track of the time they've given you....no notification that your trial period is coming to an end and suddenly you see a big amount taken off your account. It is ********* and absolutely disappointing and disgusting how they deceive people.

I have just had the MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FREDD FIBRE. My internet was up and running yesterday and today it was down. I called FREDD Fibre to ask what was wrong. They told me that I didn't sign a form so they blocked me. I asked what form I was supposed to sign. I was told the one emailed to me. After many attempts of telling them that I didn't receive an email and they arguing that I had as if from their office they could see into my emails, I asked to email address did they send it to and it turned out that a letter of my address was missing....they refused to admit to their mistake but all of a sudden I received the email and I was still bul**** and told that they will unblock my WiFi for 10 mins to sign the form as I needed WiFi to download the form and if the form is not returned signed it will be blocked again. I find it so strange that they apparently sent the email twice...i never received one of the two....they read out my email address incorrectly....I blew a gasket and all of a sudden the email appeared in my inbox because it was sent to the correct address. I am appalled at the treatment of their customers. They question my integrity when they sent it to an incorrect address....and I'm an existing customer. It was a second WiFi connection I took with them
Discovery makes itself look so great by offering perks and discounts and people actually fall for it. It's an absolute joke. They charge you ridiculous rates and then if you take vitality, you get a whole lot of supposed discounts...well guess what? It's a lie. We have just arrived on holiday and we booked our discounted car with Europcar because they are one of Discovery's partners and they give you a discounted rate depending on the points you have earned on vitality. Well for 7 days our booked starlet Toyota with discovery Europcar is costing us over R7000 and this is with our discount and the people with whom we are on holiday went with Avis....which is not a discovery partner, they got a much nicer car (a nissan magnite) and they are paying just over R2000 for the 7 days...where is the discount. Don't be fooled! Discovery may offer better rates in one area but they make it up in other areas. It's disgusting. I'm reviewing other insurance possibilities
But how long must I wait for my query to be resolved. I purchased three desks on Sunday the 25th of June. They arrived. I received them within that week. I logged a return and a refund within that week. The employee acknowledged my logged return on her system. I AM STILL SITTING WITH THE THREE DESKS AND IT'S THE 12TH OF AUGUST. THE DESKS WERE FAULTY SO MAKRO TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT ME SOMETHING I CANNOT MAKE USE OF. THIS IS *****ING IN MY OPINION
