I recently purchased tickets for an upcoming show - several days after purchasing the tickets I received an email stating that no pdf / screen shots or printed tickets will be accepted. We are being forced to download the ticketmaster app and use our phones/ app to attend the show. I am totally disgusted at this attitude! There was no info provided when purchasing the ticket that access would be via the app only. I do not always carry my phone with me - and I definitely do not hold my phone in my hand when standing in the foyer/ on in a queue to enter a theatre. In future this information should be provided upfront - before finalising a purchase!

I had tickets to attend Calabash SA 2026 but the event was cancelled. After waiting the allotted time for my refund, I submitted a ticket with Ticketmaster support requesting my refund, but they keep closing my ticket without addressing anything. The only communications I get from them regarding this is a survey asking how their support service was. To this day I haven't received my refund for the concert and am being ignored

I enquired about wheelchair accessibility and then get told I need to get a doctor's letter [R600 to get from doctor], a disabled disc for my car [my grandson is paralyzed and does not drive so why does he need a disabled disc??] or other documentation related to his disability!!!!!! That is totally confidential and unless you provide your POPI Act Policy and what you will be doing with any such information. What a load of absolute BULL****! I will rather spend the R1800 [4 tickets] that I WOULD HAVE spent at Ticketmaster to take him elsewhere where the service is more customer friendly. Quite frankly, you can stick your show and tickets where the sun does not shine. I will spend my money elsewhere. BTW, if you need some Vaseline I'm sure I could arrange some chili infused Vaseline to use. Zayaan Daniels was the person responsible.

After booking tickets accidentally for the incorrect city for the rugby yesterday, I sent a request through to ask if they can do a refund. Samantha responded saying they are unable to offer a refund and that the tickets need to be transferred to someone else. I did just that and the tickets were sold to a family member in the city where the event is taking place. They were looking for tickets and decided to not look anymore due to the tickets being sorted. The family member has transferred me the funds for the tickets already. More than 24 hours later, I get a notification that the refund has been processed and tickets cancelled. How can you guys just cancel after telling me they cannot be cancelled and to transfer the tickets ?! Atleast contact the person to notify that the cancellation can be done and do we wish to go ahead with it still. Shocking service !!!

I BOUGHT A GIFT CARD SPECIFICALLY FOR CALABASH, BECAUSE YOUR STUPID WEBSITE DID NOT ACCEPT MY BANK CARD FOR A DIRECT PURCHASE. NOW THE EVENT IS CANCELLED, AND YOU REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND! "BECAUSE VOUCHERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE" THAT IS ABSOLUTE BS. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY TICKET MASTER EVENT AGAIN.

if i could give you a zero, I would. you purposfully took back our seats even though we never refunded. we wanted to go see Muse, especially my mother, who was the one who bought from you. she cant find a way to contact your business and is sobbing, all she has ever wanted to see is Muse. How dare you take these tickets away from her for lord knows whatever reason. your company is sick and shallow. ***s!
