Poor service delivery - I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My parcel was originally promised for delivery on Monday, but this has not happened. Every time I contact customer service, a different agent gives me a new delivery date, usually promising same-day delivery — yet none of these promises are ever honoured. It has now been three days, and I still have not received my parcel. This constant misinformation and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase deliveries or be misled repeatedly.
RAM was suppose to delivery my parcel on the 10th of January, after phoning they confirmed they will delivery on the 11th. phoning on the 11th again (twice), both agents promised delivery of the parcel on the day after confirming my contact details were correct. Still no delivery. BAD SERVICE RAM.
